Some fake news twit tried to bait a Sheriff with stupid questions.
Sherriff took the f~~~er to the woodshed.

“It all depends on the 15 year old. I can tell you, folks, I carried a gun all my life. I hunted, I shot. My friends and I… It’s huntin’ season back home. When I was in high school, every one of those rigs in the high school parking lot had a gun in the gun rack. Why? We went huntin’ on the way home. None of those guns ever walked into a school. None of those guns ever shot anybody. What’s the difference? Did the gun change? Or did you, as a society, change? I’ll give ya odds that it was you as a society, because you started glorifying cultures of violence. You glorified the gang culture, you glorified games that actually give you points for raping and killing people. The gun didn’t change, we changed.”

One of these days i plan on taking those firearms courses that the NRA gives, and eventually becoming an instructor.

The key word(s) here are “common sense”.
My brother and I were raised around guns and hunting.
So were most of my (male)classmates in high school.
We all had rifles and shotguns in our vehicles at school.
Nobody shot anybody, except for that time I shot my brother in the ass with my Daisy BB gun.
After I got my ass paddled by my dad’s belt, my brother said “The BB didn’t hurt as much as that belt.”

That sounds pretty cool. If you haven’t taken a CCH class I highly recommend it. It is eye opening.

Yup. I knew where dads scatter gun was.
I was taught early. In other words I knew to keep by grubby mits off it.

LOL! Me too. Though, I didn’t get the belt. Brother got even my shooting a blow gun dart into my forehead. Dang thing missed my eye by inches.

One end destroys the other end doesn’t, how hard is that?

Seriously, there’s protocol, don’t just pull the clip and forget the one in the chamber and a hundred other safety procedures.

You know, Ready, Aim, Fire, not Fire, Ready, Aim…

Figure out which is the productive end and point that towards what you want to destroy..

Nope. Business end, not business end. Pretty straight forward.
