As some of you know I got burned very badly trying to build a gaming PC that I sold last year and I don’t want that to happen again. I’m coming up with another idea and I hope to get advice from you guys. I want to start (try out first) a supplement online store on eBay (eBay and my own site later, if things work out) selling the kind of supplements I use. I want to be able to buy from the factory to get a good price (buy low, sell high) and then sell on eBay and/or my own site. The things is I don’t know how to buy from a manufacturer or even find one.

Does anyone know of any manufacturer that I can buy ON Essential Amino Energy and Dymatize Whey Protein powder from and how it works?

I want to try this online business thing again, because I want to stop bothering looking for regular jobs (applications, personality tests, interviews that lead to nowhere) and I want to run my own business at home doing something that I enjoy doing and being independent doing it.

Right now I’m in the research phase. Can any MGTOWs help me with factory/manufacturing pricing, discounts so I can possibly start my own online business again? Any valuable information will be well appreciated.

You’ll need a business tax# in the US to buy wholesale and set up accounts at many distributors, but not all, some accept SS numbers under a DBA. I have wholesale accounts where I need a business address to receive deliveries, so I do it ICO from another supplier that’s local, all I had to do was ask for the favor to have shipments sent there.

Where there’s a will, there’s a way! Allot of it is learn as you go trying to jump the hurdles! One company wanted me to sign what was an anti terrorist pledge, pledging that I wouldn’t use any of their chemicals in unintended ways! I told them to go f~~~ themselves! I found another supplier that didn’t treat me like a would be criminal!

Beware the bigbox competition and do your research ahead of time. There are way too many online sources for nutritional supplements.

I might of found a good source on Alibaba.com. Take a look at the link below:
    https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/2015-For-Optimum-Nutrition-Essential-Amino_50015949019.html?spm=a2700.7724838.2017115.142.40f77eb2Mmye96

And look at this eBay listing:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/Optimum-Nutrition-Essential-Amino-Energy-65-Servings-New/122345311547?epid=1200467735&hash=item1c7c594d3b%3Am%3Am8L9caguFWRgjoK6iaGoP6w&var=422829670451&_nkw=amino+energy+65+servings&rt=nc

As you can see, I can order the Amino Energy off Alibaba for a $1 or 2 a piece and sell it on eBay for $45 with a $44 profit and since I have to buy a minimal of 100 and if I sell them all, that’s $4,400 profit on all 100 minus shipping, eBay/PayPal fees. Now I’m researching whey proteins also from Optimum Nutrition.

So it looks like all the supplements I take are available on Alibaba for a major discount and I can sell on eBay for large profit.

I don’t think I need one to sell on eBay. I never needed a vendor’s license either.

If I were to take the risk and do this business, I just sure hope I don’t get burned like I did with that gaming PC I built 2 years ago that coasted me $700 and 1 year of my life selling it. Even if I do, the worst that I can get burned on is $100 tops. So it’s no big deal when I make more than that in disability every month.

If you want to be an online reseller(that’s what you would be), you might want to diversify your product line beyond just supplements and see what sort of things you get in bulk from Alibaba and other wholesale suppliers.

Make sure there is a large markup, so you can recover your costs.

If you have experience building gaming computers, you could probably do well buying components in bulk and custom-building on a per-order basis.
Make sure you buy the more expensive, updated components, because gaming tech changes rapidly.
Your skills in building would be the value you add to the products you sell.

You could also rebuild computers for people locally, using the same bulk components you get from China, etc..

If your starting capital is sufficient to withstand some growing pains. This is a viable business strategy.

Physical storage space is also an issue to mitigate. There could be times that you’re sitting on five hundred units of widgets. That take up the space of an average US bedroom.

So diversification of stuff could be problematic. Keep at it, you’ll probably work the kinks out.
