TORONTO – CIBC plans to set formal targets this year for the number of women on its board of directors and in executive officer positions, the bank’s CEO said Tuesday following the release of data showing that most Canadian public companies don’t set such targets.

It’s the same here (Norway) were there’s a mandate that the boards of companies comprise at least 50% women…. It’s stupid. One should earn his/her way. I hope those companies that follow this policy are going to burn, deep and well.

Hey women who want to be on the board of companies. Yeah you PARASITES…. start your own company. Not only do you get to be on the board, you get to be CEO. And that means all the FAILURES are your responsibility too. That’s right. That’s how it works.

You can be a CEO tomorrow. Get incorporated for $ 800 a year and BANG you’re the head of a corporation!!! AND YOU’RE A WOMAN!!!!! OMG!! !HOW AWESOME IS THAT.
