Ladies andGentlemen,I am from Germany and had two longterm relationships in my life, one 12 years and the other four years. After the 12-year-relationship ends because she was gone mental (no joke, she seriously went to a mental institute later) i learned two things: How bipolar disorder looks and that with the amount of mental issues a typical woman has any man would be diagnosed as seriously disturbed. Seriously, her ups and downs was not just seen by me as a result of her hormones changing during the month, but by anyone else, too. I thought it is normal this way until the moment I could not stand it anymore and kicked her out. I felt guilty because I put my well-being above hers. When she later went to the clinic I realized what insanity not just me but anyone else was willing to tolerate. Ok, I was under the false impression it was her periods, but it does not change the fact how we are measuring with different standards.
After a year I meet the next and she was mentally much more stable and it was like a completely different thing, at first. After a few months she moved in and I was ok with it. Two months after she moved in she quit her job, because I made more money then she did and she offered to take care about the house, so I have more time for other things, especially to focus on my company and compensate for her missing income.
It actually worked for a few weeks, then she had more and more excuses why she had no time for the house or to print out some invoices etc. So I did it. To make a long story short, after another year I had my job, my little company and more or less all the work in the house, too. She became pretty good in several computer games she was “practicing” all day. After I found out she bought 84 pairs of shoes (!) since the beginning of the year I kicked her out last August.
I realized that there is something fundamental wrong with the paradigm of relationships in our society. The more I thought about it the clearer it became. Of course I had no idea there is a movement already, but I knew I was on the right track. In January I quit my job and work only in my own company. I have two employees now and I work less than half of before. Any yes, I make less money now, too, but guess what: There are at least 1000€ (some $1100), sometimes even 1200€ left each month. With her the money of two jobs barely was enough. I am simply not able to spent more than a fourth of the money she was able to. Don’t get me wrong, I am not saving money. I am buying whatever I like and want. I am eating out four or five times a week and I go out with friends again.
In summary I have more time, more money, more fun and now I know it’s called MGTOW. I am 44 and I have the time of my life!

i’m glad you found the path to freedomAny yes, I make less money now, too, but guess what: There are at least 1000€ (some $1100), sometimes even 1200€ left each month. With her the money of two jobs barely was enough. I am simply not able to spent more than a fourth of the money she was able to.
fantastic! its nice to hear men are waking up and stop wasting money on women…..user your hard earned money for your hobbies and investments.
cheersMGTOW is not a movement, it is a way of life.
Isn’t it amazing how much extra money you have without a woman draining it from your every pocket? I know money isn’t everything, but it’s pretty damn important. And to have is squandered by a woman is simply not acceptable.
Welcome, Mr. Smith, glad you’re here.
with the amount of mental issues a typical woman has any man would be diagnosed as seriously disturbed.
Very true. I’ve known families in which the women were perpetual downers and the men were always upbeat, but it was the men who were accused of being depressed when they finally started to burn out on that misery parade.
Wohoo! Welcome to the family Mr. Smith! Glad you are now part of MGTOW!
For the women, when the male has good buying power and is stable, first they move in, then a little after they quit their jobs and after they start to get your nerves by not doing what they told you they would do on the first place… Glad you kicked her out and that you are free now!Cheers!
Going your Own Way is going to be the Right Way at the end of the day, no doubt about it.
Welcome, my Germanic eastern brother!

Gentlemen,
I like the submarine metaphor. Lets be a formidable fleet of battleships intimidating some female tuna boats with our pure existence. 😀
Thanks for all the reply’s. I am feeling really welcomed and home here. As I wrote, instinctively I knew I was on the right way out but finding out there is a whole movement doing and thinking the same amazes me. I hope this spreads and will change society fundamental and for ever. Everybody would be happier this way, even the women.
Best,
