No woman will be ever charged under such rules. There will be a surge of accusations against men. The number of “rapes” will skyrocket.

Basically affirmative consent presupposes that heterosexual intercourse is rape unless it’s confirmed it’s not rape.
I think that’s a more or less natural evolution:
Sex is a mean, not a goal, for most women.
So, unless it’s okay, including giving her much more than sex (from psychological gratification to material resources), it’s rape.
Our sexuality is often excessive and too focused on physical pleasure for most women: women don’t like mere sex just like as men like it.
