I haven’t heard this before. To raise the seriousness of the issue, it was posited that gay men are almost as bad as straight men when it comes to misogyny. Interesting to see the angst among what I thought were perfect allies.

I believe that it is less misogyny and more just simply homosexual men using the word “no” to women.

Given homosexual men are not attracted to women, they have no reason to even tolerate the selfish misandry bulls~~~ by women. Homosexual men get nothing from doing so. And some women are playing the victim card in response to homosexual men not taking BS from women.

The original feminists used to claim that homosexuals were the ultimate misogynists because they weren’t even attracted to women, ie they “hated” women more than anyone. They have never been allies. The LGBT movement tried to reign them in as one of the group, with the lesbian feminists being the loudest in that group but, gay men were well organized and fighting for their rights well before that and never needed LGBT.

The woman who wrote that article wants the whole world to change to suit her liking. Good luck with that. I suspect gays are just as resistant to social pressure from feminists as hard-core gamers are.

She could have solved her problem by choosing different friends… but NO!

The gay and lesbian communities have always been at odds. In NYC after the big gay pride parade lesbians ban all men from their post-parade parties.
This may be because they resent the attention the male gay community gets for leading the battle for gay rights. Also because gay men are less vulnerable to female sexual manipulation.

If I were a homo I’d cut off all female contact imediately. The article makes it sound as if homosexuals seek and depend on female friends, the so called f~~ hags. Nothing could be further from the truth. I went for lunch the other day with my only remaining female friend. Unfortunately we were joined by 3 of her post wall girlfriends, it was f~~~ing awful seeing these old bags pout and preen before me as if I would have the slightest interest in them. Later another younger woman joined with a guy in tow. Within a couple of minutes this guy had identified as homosexual ( why do they feel the need to do that? ) As soon as he had done so the old bags went into full f~~ hag mode. We went on to a bar where it continued until the f~~ hags started talking about going to find a gay bar so I downed my drink and left. F~~~ing horendous.

I have the feeling that since Feminists have outlived their intended purpose (to divide and conquer men and women), they will be dismantled, bit by bit, just as they did to everyone else. Gay men are just the start.

Gloria Steinem, arguably the most influential 2nd wave feminist ever, was trained and funded by the CIA. It’s a matter of public record, and she’s fairly open about it. CIA protocol is to use factions, splinter groups, marginalized people, and other “assets” to achieve their goals, at which time those “assets” are terminated, having outlived their usefulness. This is political war 101. Feminists have been a marvellous tool for destroying family cohesion, pitting men and women against each other, and destroying legal safety. Not much more needs to be done to achieve total control of the population, so feminists will be disposed of.

The way to do this is to show that the “underprivileged” groups that 3rd wave feminists adopt, are radically against feminism. This is happening in Sweden and Germany as the immigrants purportedly rape. They may, they may not, it’s almost immaterial. What is important is that feminists now are torn within their own ideology. Next it’s gays. Then it will be People of Colour. Finally, it will be women themselves who turn on feminism, and men will not have lifted a finger to do it.

I do not for a moment think that men will rise up again, no, that’s not the goal. The goal is total population control. Men will be constrained, but so will women, gays, POC, immigrants, everyone. Feminists will be labelled a hate group. It may take another 10 or 15 years, but it will happen. You will not be able to rely on support from any other group within society, thus effectively isolating everyone.

Sorry it’s that stark, but this thread just illustrates the next logical step on the ladder to world domination.

EXACTLY! That quote made the article worth reading. And I have no doubt this same woman wouldn’t hesitate in telling a guy to man up.

As far as the idea of an alliance between women and gay men, it’s always been about convenient utility, and it’s always been one to one, not group to group. Back when homosexuality was not widely accepted, a gay man needed acceptance and women were happy to give that for a price.

The price was that the gay man needed to give her that emotional attention she craved…not because she wanted it from him per se, but to act as artificial competition from the c~~~ she really wanted. If you were interested in a girl with a gay friend, you had to compete with him for time and show you cared more about her then he did. It’s really not much different then that friend-zoned guy friend and facebook orbiters.

That alliance doesn’t hold much utility any more. Gay men don’t need acceptance of a woman since they are widely accepted in general and more social organized then they were before. Women don’t need them as they still have their friend-zoned guys and now have those facebook orbiters. In wonder if men aren’t fooled by the artificial competition as much as they used to be.

Hence, the alliance is over and they turn on each other.

I’ve marched in the NYC gay pride parade with a lesbian friend of mine and most of the lesbians had no problem with me being a straight white man.
It’s true though that there is a growing faction in the lesbian community that are separatists and won’t let men in lesbian bars while gay bars let in both men and women. Men are more inclusive.
