To woman: There is a reason why they put those stakes in the ground. Its to help the snowplows navigate and not rip up landscaping or curbs. If they damage the parking lot they are liable. Also the snowplows have to work fast. They are burning fuel and man-hours. Faster the work is done the more profit they make. So…. Stakes help them navigate fast in a driving snowstorm.
