I’m not that old, but I still remember when it was unpopular to be a “nerd.” Back when I was a kid, that word fitted me perfectly.
I was the unpopular one in school and college, I was home-schooled for a big portion of my life, and I did everything a “nerd” would typically do.
Now shows like The Big Bang Theory are making being a “nerd” more popular.
Almost everything those characters talk about on that show regarding science, I knew at a very early age.
I remember reading advanced physics, biology, and computer science books before I even became a teenager.
For entertainment, I used to obsess over things such as Star Wars, DC comics, Marvel comics, and classic video games such as Mario.
I don’t mind my hobbies and interests becoming popular, but I hate that they’re becoming popular because of feminism.
Just this last week, I was at a grocery store and heard two women talking about how they “love Star Wars.”
And I also remember back when I was a kid even, you’d get laughed at if you even talked about the movie.
In the words of Milo Y – “Feminism is a cancer.”

It could also be that because it became widely popular(since it was no longer looked at as uncool), women are attracted to it and thus ruined it – like they do to most everything else they infest.

Anonymous3LOL just a few months ago, before that SJW Star Wars release, femc~~~s were mocking MGTOW.COM for being “Autistic” because Star Wars music would play on the webpage. When it became feminist they decided it was trendy though.
That’s the thing with women, they don’t care that they openly contradict themselves in a short time span.
The thing is they are always just attacking men any way they can. When that is the tactic and gameplan they can use anything to attack with, and they can switch it up, and will switch it up, to whatever the man ISN’T doing at the time.

Nailed it. They were putting men down for years. They kept insisting that the whole thing was dumb. Any time something like Star Wars was brought up in the past, it was dismissed as something that “only nerdy, overweight men without a life are into”. Video games were the ultimate women repeller. “Standing me up over a video game. He’s nothing but a boy! When are guys gonna grow up?”, etcetera, etcetera. Everything was approached with a “holier than thou” attitude. It used to disgust women whenever men were interested in comic books. A co-worker of mine has a friend who loves comics, and one day his girlfriend sold every last one that he owned without even asking him. When my colleague told me that story, I remember saying, “Please tell me that he’s not with her anymore.” He replied, “They got a kid together, he has no choice.”
And out of the blue, women not only change their minds about the entire culture, but act like it’s something that they’ve always been interested in. They start whinging about why there aren’t more female characters in the universe, and complain that the whole franchise is bias. “What, women can’t like comics aswell?” is now suddenly their mantra. Heaven forbid maybe admitting that they were quick to judge, and that nerdy things are actually a lot of fun to engage in. Once they’ve changed their minds about something, they just automatically expect it to cater to them with no whys or where-fors. I’m just gonna take a stab in the dark here, perhaps they finally realised that in addition to being fun, there’s money in it.
By the way, this is bit off-topic, but was there another attack on the site last night? I kept trying to enter a few times, and was shown a blank page with a large error message.

They would not have a snowball’s chance in hell of solving an issue (route around the problem) affecting a mutual client of myself and one of the biggest IT consulting firms in my city.
They pay me too as an outside consultant to help them with really, really nasty issues.
Their CTO directly told me today that I can get third parties to do things for me that he cannot get them to do for him, and they are way higher up the food chain than I am in vendor relationships. His technical chops are top 1% as are mine so we have serious mutual respect for each other.
The cloud is making third party handling skills a premium so shall I exploit.

StarWars was cool because nobody saw anything like it, the villain was awesome, the score was incredible, it piqued imaginations, stretched the limits of sound design and film making, Alec Guinness was great, and it had a great story everyone can relate to. The coming of age of a young man over the course of 6 films which kept us TORTURED for 3 years (between films) to see Luke FINALLY grow and evolve into an accomplished “Jedi” and defeat evil.
Episode VII features a feminists bitch who “doesn’t need a man’s help” and didn’t earn a goddam thing.

I noticed this with the comic scene. I used to go to comic book conventions when I was a kid. It was all nerds and dudes hustling collectables to make a living. Pretty much ZERO women around except for a few wives of vendors/retailers who were helping at the booths. I got out of that scene as I became an older teen, got a guitar, started a band, and started partying.
Years later I find out that there are now all these good looking chicks doing cosplay and dressing like comic book hookers at these conventions. Most of them are weird/fat rejects but there is a good number of hot ones. I was surprised and a bit jealous that this didn’t happen when I was a kid.
Is it the mega attention they get from their social media pages that drives them to do it? Narcissism? Or knowing that they are hotter than most of the girls that they are competing with?
Anyone else noticed this? I came across articles of girls that seem to do this s~~~ full time and travel around. The good looking ones have one thing in common, they are dressed as the sluttiest version of any super hero as possible, fake t~~~, every nerd’s fantasy. It’s almost like they couldn’t compete with the regular sluts at the clubs and bars so they have to fight for slut superiority at a lower level. They all have droves of betas drooling on their social media as well. There must be a few alpha males in that crowd otherwise I couldn’t see them doing this for very long.

I dont think feminism makes nerdy things mainstream.
What happens is in all cases in regard to women is,
They dont have any interest in anything apart from clothing,looking good, good food,wine and living a sedate and comfortable life.
They act like men by liking sports cars,sports etc
or like nerdy things like comics,cartoons,anime,etc.Regarding the nerdy part, they act like they like it because of reasons like
1. Nerds generally earn well, so they act as if they have the same taste. Easy to trap the well paid nerd
2. Most men think nerdy girls are hot.
3. To look intelligent and sophisticated.
Women act well, i have seen women buying(husband’s money) sports cars or luxury cars without knowing anything, but act like they are a car enthusiast.
Women in facebook will show like they like this and that but they dont know anything even basic about the matter.
