It has become so bad that if someone were on fire I would not even p~~~ on them to put it out. I don’t want to risk the assault charge and the sexual harassment lawsuits.

This is another no win situation. If you save her life you’re accused of sexual battery. If you don’t save her life you’re still accused.

    I feel …

Nothing. They say leave it to god. OKAY!

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

Not if you goto the other side of the street and keep far away from the scene.

There should be safety standards for distance to women. I will contribute with some:

-woman lying on the floor, safe distance: 20 meters. “I was to far, I didnt see anything.

-woman runover by a car: take a turn before or stop. Remain in your car. Wait for a crowd, then slowly go around.”I was to far back, didn’t see anything”.

-woman running scared, change to the other side of the street. Keep your back to her and at least 10 meters of distance. “Didn’t see anything”.

I have performed cpr many times. Especially with large breasted women, to be effective, you have to cut open the bra, and sort of move the t~~~ to the side, to expose the sternum. Ambulance crews may be able to get away with it, ( for now), but there is no way I would ever do that as a first aider, sorry love, looks like your numbers up.

I kid you not…I know a guy who was working at a movie theater who told me about all the soggy cucumbers left in the seats after the showings of 50 Shades of Gray.

Administering First Aid/CPR, or any type of assistance to most women actually, has become a legal, moral, and ethical minefield for ALL men.
I’ve held EMD/FA/CPR/advanced FA/FA instructor/FA Instructors Instructor/Combat FA/Accident investigation, and a f~~~ ton of other “Emergency Services/Safety and Rescue” qualifications over the course of my life. I let every last one expire in 2016 because the myriad of costs, aside from the “purchase price” of said qualifications were exponentially increasing on a daily basis.
The final insult (not that it hasn’t happened before)for me, was being critiqued and criticized on my abilities and knowledge by a person who had zero training/qualifications or real life experience in emergency response.
The end result is I can honestly state and use in a court of law, that I am not qualified to perform such actions, nor am I legally, morally, or ethically obligated to perform such actions.
The spirit and verbiage of various “Good Samaritan” acts/laws has been so brutalized and bastardized that everything can be used against you in a court of law due to “assumption of responsibility”.
If anyone “feels” the need to place themselves in danger legally for the “sake” of others. Do as you please, as for me… I’m done

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

I was always told that as a “good Samaritan” anything goes in the effort to save a person’s life. Doing chest compressions could lead to a cracked sternum, broken xyphoid process broken ribs… as long as the procedure was reasonable and fit the training parameters.

Good Samaritan laws will protect you from being sued for cracked ribs etc. but there’s no law to protect you from her crying, “Rape!” Even if she does it decades later.

    It’s best to walk away.

Interesting article but they dance around the REAL reason why people (men) are reluctant to provide CPR to women. The men that may be involved are afraid of being accused of inappropriate sexual conduct or rape by the victim or the doing-nothing women and manginas who are standing around taking selfies with their phones.

Also men have simply stopped giving a f~~~. Even without the risk of being falsely accused of “sexual misconduct”, why should men help her?

    What’s in it for me?

A choking man might someday himself save another man from choking. Maybe that next man will be you. Because men pay it forward. But a choking woman? Not a chance.
