25 is the absolute expiration date. It’s like buying the milk the very hour before it expires.

If you want a real shot at marriage, it has to probably be by 16. Which was the old age of marriage. I do know some marriages that have worked out, the couple met at 15 or 16 and stayed together then married later on.

I don’t think I know of one marriage that has worked when the woman was over 25 though, and most don’t even work over 20.

Once I almost made a terrible mistake. I was willing to marry a woman at 45. She had never been married, no kids, no job and fortunately for me (Even though I owned a house had a job etc) She decided that I wasn’t good enough for her and she was going to get a job and climb that ladder and break glass ceilings.

Result: I dodged a bullet for sure. As for her she has a part time job sorting boxes for UPS, lives in a rented trailer—and has several cats. I’m thankful she was more stupid than I.

The bottom line with women is every c~~~ they take f~~~s them up a little more.
