A Texas politician has filed legislation that would see men fined $100 (£82) for masturbating unless they are doing it in a sanctioned session at a hospital or clinic.

Jessica Farrar, a Democrat, created the “Man’s Right To Know Act” to highlight how women have been affected by targeted healthcare legislation in her state, particularly relating to abortion.

She said its rules — including a mandatory waiting period before a vasectomy procedure or receiving a prescription for Viagra, as well as a “medically-unnecessary digital rectal exam” — mirror “real TX laws and health care restrictions faced by TX women every #txlege session”.

The headline stipulation would categorise ejaculation outside either a vagina or medical facility as an “act against an unborn child, and failing to preserve the sanctity of life”.

The funny part is, if you gave a guy a waiting period for a vasectomy, a guy would just schedule the procedure ahead of time. Viagra is a prescription, so again you would just have to wait a little while for the prescription to start. And no, we don’t have a digital rectal exam, but we do get to “turn our head and cough” while someone cradles our nuts, and have a finger jammed up our ass.

This was just a publicity stunt. She was trying compare masturbation to abortion, and therefor made up some crap that written similar to abortion laws. It was very stupid comparison.

But I like her train of thought, she just didn’t carry it far enough. An abortion is preventing a child from born..so therefore, masturbation is preventing a sperm from fertilizing an egg and becoming a child. I’m with you, let’s go on. So if I ask a woman for sex and she says no, then she’s preventing my sperm from fertilizing her eggs and birthing a child. Every woman should be fined $100 for each rejection.
