Female Only Job Ads – Male Discrimination

I was recently looking at the mining jobs on offer up north (Australia) and came across this steaming pile of male discrimination in the mining industry by Anglo American / Anglo Coal looking for hires at the Moranbah North Mine –

“Please note this program is subject to the exemption granted in relation to the attribute to 7(a) of the Anti Discrimination Act 1991. Anglo Coal (Moranbah North Management) Pty Ltd & Anor [2018] QIRC 052 is available from the GSS APAC Recruitment team.”

Can’t believe some political knob-jockey gave Anglo American permission to actively discriminate against men in the mining sector. Ahhhh snowflakes, I though you were fighting for EQUAL RIGHTS? Or do the feminazis and soy-boys actively condone these UNEQUAL measures when it suits them? Bit hard to get a job in the mines fellas when you are not even allowed to apply. Hope you do not have a stay-at-home wife and four hungry children to feed guys.

For curiosity, I typed in male only jobs in the SEEK.com job search engine and surprise, suprise, returned zero results –

My next search was far more fruitful with 32 possible jobs. The search term to use here ‘female only‘. I s~~~ you not, here are the results – LINK

Unfortunately I’m quite attached to my penis and b~~~~ and am not going to get them chopped off in the search for a better job. Maybe I’m being too harsh here – after all, mining is a male dominated field and the vaginas don’t have a majority foothold in any other professions –
