Equality has been achieved 40 years ago. Now, if you just open your eyes, you can clearly see them pushing for total female dominance, especially in academic.

Only in made up bulls~~~ fields. At least until the education bubble bursts.

Men will continue to dominate in fields that require actual hard work and intelligence. Female “achievement” is largely the result of cooking the books to the benefit of women, but you can only do that so long before it collapses on you.

Went to my daughter middle school graduate ceremony. They gave out awards.

Middle school “graduation” is not an accomplishment. It’s time served. rewarding mediocrity like this is one of the methods they use to cook the books in women’s favor.

Noticed on the hallway at my work place a poster of current enrollment of Cancer biology graduate program. 29 PhD candidates: 24 are woman, only 5 men.

And in ten years, only two of those women will be doing anything even remotely related to medicine. But all five men will still be doctors. And yet which sex gets all the targeted scholarships and grants because “muh equality” (cooking the books)?

I feel scary for my son. What should I do?

Teach him to work hard for himself only, abhor credit, and never give women anything.

You daughter, however, is likely utterly hosed.

Exactly. A couple days ago people were commenting on an article about how women have 2/3 of student debt. Who cares if they are “dominating” academics when they are doing it with bulls~~~ degrees.

People forget the point of college is to get a piece of paper that will qualify you for a job that pays you more than someone would pay you without that piece of paper. If 1 guy graduates and his paper says “ENGINEER 100K PER YEAR” for every 2 women who graduate with a piece of paper that says “WOMEN’S STUDIES….GOOD LUCK FINDING A JOB IN YOUR FIELD IDIOT” and they all paid the same for tuition…the only thing women are dominating in is poor life choices.

Its like they think they are winning because they picked up more trophies at the special Olympics. Meanwhile…a lot of guys are smart enough to just get a CDL or into a trade and are simply just over qualified to be participating in the special Olympics. Go ahead and dominate away ladies…just remember, we aren’t competing with you, we’re just watching and laughing.

They can DOMINATE ALL THE ACADEMICS THEY WANT!

In the end I’m the one racking up the $treet dollars in the real world that’s ruled and regulated by nature and common sense!

I’ll swim circles around them when the rubber meets the road to SURVIVAL!

They’re only 3 to 7 days away from starvation and chaos, whereas I’m self sufficient for several months and always expanding that time frame!

We haven’t seen the hardships that flood this world from time to time!

From what can see, TIME’S UP!

I have to disagree. Feminism is forcing its way into STEM too. When I was in school there was over a dozen different programs and scholarships to get women into STEM.

I don’t know what other STEM fields are like, but that’s exactly what I have observed in the biomedical field. Over the last 10 years, I saw more and more women. I can say that there more women than men now. Still, they push for more women. There are grants that only allow women to apply.

And these established women professors hire mostly women. It is common to see a woman’s lab has an all-female team. No one would say anything about their gender bias (people glorify them instead). If there is a man’s lab with all male, he will be scrutinized.

It’s true they are forcing their way into STEM programs, but look at their dropout rates. More importantly, all the book cooking to get them into STEM means they haven’t actually earned their place there. They haven’t had to actually learn the material. And then the women who haven’t dropped out “graduate” and hit the real world and learn the hard way that physics doesn’t give a s~~~ about their empty degrees. You can get away with cooking the books to force a quota in bulls~~~ liberal arts fields, but not in STEM. The consequences of an illegitimate degree are too soon and too obviously apparent.

The practical upshot of this is there will soon be a shortage of competent STEM graduates in a field flooded with women with worthless degrees. And it makes the sex of the graduate the easiest way to evaluate the quality of a STEM education. Expect STEM salaries for Men to increase significantly in the next two decades while female STEM “graduates” experience a barristafication of their own degrees.

I certainly will never hire another woman. I learned that lesson the hard way.

The women who designed this bridge will never do another. They may hold onto their accreditation, but they will never be trusted again to do anything with it. at most they will be filing clerks in a firm where men continue to do all the real work.

I don’t know what other STEM fields are like, but that’s exactly what I have observed in the biomedical field.

I work at a power plant, so STEM degrees, military training in a tech field, or a trade are pretty much what you need to get your foot in the door. I’ll give credit where its due…there are some women at my company that are super smart and f~~~ing awesome at what they do, but from what I’ve seen the place is still massively male dominated still just because of attrition rates.

A lot of jobs where I work require s~~~ty hours…rotating shifts, nights, weekends, 10-12 hour shifts, etc…and it seems like women just have a more difficult time adjusting to this f~~~ed up lifestyle than men. Women are also more likely to make a baby and leave. Men get paternity leave from my company…but they come back to work after…women are just more likely to not come back…why should they if they hooked a good husbank?(I can’t imagine how much it sucks being the dude…go from a gf/wife pulling six figures to a stay at home with a student loan balance for you to pay off) Some jobs are also just s~~~ty work…you might have to spend extended periods of time somewhere hot, loud, and dirty, so they hire in some chick with an engineering degree who thinks she’ll be sitting at a desk, and then its like alright, here’s your hardhat, you gotta go do all this s~~~ out in the field.

If you hire 10 guys in their 20s or 30s, 5 years out, its pretty reasonable that 7-8 of them will still be there. You hire 10 women, 5 years out, there will probably be 2-3. I’m sure its different in a position where you are always in a climate controlled office or lab…but at my job there just seems to be a disconnect that some people come in thinking degree means I sit at a desk in an office with AC all day just to end up realizing that isn’t what they signed up for.

Once again its the vasectomy for the win.

In Australia, despite more women going to university than men, the statistics reveal the general intellectual superiority of men with more men becoming high level academics like professors and associate professors.

And this is despite all the ‘affirmative action’ programs and scholarships to get more women into academia (effectively discrimination against men). The raw government data doesn’t lie. The statistics will no doubt change with the influence of ‘toxic feminity’ on academia as tests and standards are altered with a feminist bias – as it has been in the primary and high school systems.
