Female colleague offended. Have just been sacked. The story.

This post is to inform all MGTOW about yet another situation that I faced in the workplace to help you learn something from it and hopefully avoid the same fate…but I’m not sure how. Either way I hope it helps some of you guys.

I live in the UK and work as a self employed contractor for several travel companies. The work involves travelling overseas with clients to keep them safe in challenging environments e.g. High altitude, mountainous terrain etc etc. I have just returned from a trip where a newly employed young girl from the office was allowed to join the trip for training purposes. I have delivered contracts for the company for over 8 years. She has been there 6 months.

All was well with the trip, the office girl and myself talked pleasantly when around each other and no crosswords were ever said. Pleasant, polite, professional and all fine. We were different personalities, that was clear, and knew I would never be keeping in touch with this girl but that’s ok, we all have different personalities. All was good…or so I thought.

One my return to the uk, after the trip ended, I went to return all the kit and equipment for the trip to the company. On my arrival at the offices I was met by the head of overseas operations (a female) and taken into a room. She said there was feedback from a number of “young girls” about my inappropriate comments while on the trip.

I was shocked, in 8 years and face to face dealing with over 1000 clients just for this company alone, I’ve NEVER had feedback other than great and certainly nothing like this.

To cut a long story short, she initially didn’t give me any details but, I demanded, professionally, that she cannot just leave such a serious allegation like that with nothing of substance/evidence. The specifics was that I said inappropriate things while travelling in a minibus that everybody overheard and it “made the young girls uncomfortable”. (NOTE: notice the infantilised language used. These “young girls” all had degrees, were in their mid 20s and over. They also earn enough to be spending several thousand £££s on a holiday – more than I can afford).

…and what was it that I said? Well, I’ll tell you, and you can judge for yourself.

The context was me and this office girl on the minibus taking about our personal lives getting to know each other, in particular, relationships and general history of how we got to where we were in life. She asked me how I came to do this for a living. It’s a standard question that I get asked on every expedition and I’m always presented with a choice. Truth or lie. The conversation had been going on for several hours at ta point and was quite deep with lots of personal info being shared between us so…

I decided to tell the truth; big mistake…

In short the story of how I came to do this job is: When I was 17 a female got herself pregnant on purpose and took me to the cleaners. I did my best to pay the child support agency for several years while continuing my career in IT. The percentage the CSA took from me rose over the months and years. Starting at about 20% of my income, eventually reaching 47% of my income for one child. Trying desperately to work this off, fighting the sexist court system to try to see my son and pay the bills, the pressure got too much as I didn’t want to be one of those “dead beat dads” and eventually I had a stroke at 22 years of age making me disabled; which I ultimately recovered from. This made me lose my job and I then became homeless/sofa surfing.

I explained that I came by this line of work after losing everything. Realising that you only live once, and after I got better, I decided to find a way to travel the world and get paid for it, as at any time I could meet the wrong female and lose it all again. So I would never again go down the career route. I explained that it took me several years to make my dream lifestyle happen. I don’t get paid much but I have a life. I explained that because of my experience I would never have children, never get married and probably never let a female live with me again but was happy dating and in easy going relationships.

Seems she didn’t take to this too well…

She never said anything to me at the time and was ok for the entirety of the trip, but when we got back to the UK, she unleashed a formal complaint in writing to her bosses. I wasn’t asked my opinion, I wasn’t asked for any context, I was a never given a chance to defend myself. The official reason this female head of overseas operations gave for my sacking was…

“What you said made her feel uncomfortable”

I questioned this female head of overseas operations who was sacking me by asking: ” so just to clarify; after 8 years of working with you, having never had anything but good feedback from clients. Your sacking me because I, apparently, made a female staff member feel uncomfortable!? She replied, simply, “yes”.

There you have it. She never provided any evidence other than stating “some young girls” I asked where all the complaints were for people in the minibus as there we seventeen of us – she said that there wasn’t any other reports. Turns out the only “evidence” was from this one girl who worked in the office and the “evidence” was her opinion about how she felt.

Not sure how this will help anybody but if it saves one of you, then it was worth the effort to type it up.

You are now a target, the boss already hates you. Start sending curriculums to other companies, this wont end there, your female boss sees you as a misoginistic pig, she will find a way to f~~~ uou up, run forrest run.

I’ve lost several jobs because I wasn’t aware of the culture. One doesn’t have to be rude (you weren’t), one doesn’t have to threaten or curse (you didn’t). In fact.. I have found that as long as you are competent – you are a threat.
I steer clear of ALL women these days. If they speak, I answer in short/Curt responses. I flatout REFUSE to work under a woman ever again….I have seen the destruction that they bring.

Sorry to hear about your experience Chatter. We live in a gynocentric world I’m stuck with that fact. I try to keep below the radar, but that’s certainly no guarantee of any job security. Am saving/investing as much as possible toward retirement/complete financial independence.

You made two big mistakes:

1st) You should never talk about things not related to workn, when you are at work.
2nd) You should never tell a woman the truth, always lie. She wanted your job, and she played the rules game to get you out. If you “visit” the company a few weeks later, and ask about who “substituted” you, you will hear her name.

Now, you have to find another job, and please, learn from these mistakes. Your livelyhood depends on it.

Good advice. I work with a plethora of millennial women and I need to learn to keep my mouth shut, save for work related matters. It’s even dangerous to give the hot ones a passing discrete glance. Unless of course you’re Chad.
No one is advocating delibetate work place sexual harrassment,but the environment these feminist princesses have created is toxic. Better to stick to business and ice them out socially. Eventually, likely long after many of us have retired, the iced out now post wall hags will regret the actions of their predecessor sisters and crave male attention again, but it will be too late.

When they start to complain, you flood the papers with anon womens emails about how they female staff there hated gays, muslims etc. YOU be that C~~~ they wish they could be. YOU DO THIS UNTIL YOU SEE THEM SUCKING DICK for RENT MONEY. Make sure to send a STD CHad their way.

Correct me if I’m wrong but as a contractor you’ve not been ‘sacked’, just ‘dropped’. There’s a difference. A company couldn’t sack you for that in the UK without proving wrongdoing.

I suspect that she thought you were a prospect and was disappointed by what you said, her subsequent actions being motivated by spite.

As to what to do about it – as you are an outside contractor, unless you have a cast iron contract, your options are limited.

What you might do is:

(a) Submit a Subject Access Request under the Data Protection Act for all material relating to you held by the firm. In particular all documents relating to the alleged incident.

That will cause a stir and might just throw up something that could be used against them.

(b) Send a solicitors letter threatening an action in defamation to both the company and the c~~~ concerned. It is very likely that the MD knows nothing of this.

That will definately cause a stir.

As you work for a number of other companies, doing nothing may not be an option, as you can bet that they will be on the phone to their opposite numbers to try and screw you there, too.

You need to stop their mouths.

At will employment makes any excuse for termination a valid one, unless you can prove some form of illegal discrimination.

And also note it doesnt matter what he said, the woman claims to be uncomfortable. He could not have said anything to her and she could file such a claim. He could have talked all business and she could have done this to him. It doesnt matter what came put of his mouth, or your mouth, she can just make a claim.

Now as to what he did tell her, it was incredibly stupid to talk candidly about personal life with a female coworker, especially views on, and experiences with, females. Why he even thought this was ok in the first place after being a mgtow guy, i dunno. Cant ever let the guard down.

Never tell the truth to a woman. They cannot handle the truth, nor do they deserve to be graced with the truth.

Only men can be truth seekers and even then only a few seem to be up to the task. Women are liars by nature and as such they can only be interfaced with through lies and deception.

When women make small talk with me I always lie. Its like a defense mechanism I don’t even think about it anymore.
