So I’ve made a few posts lately about a female colleague and some of the bulls~~~ I’ve noticed her slinging. Well, I’m in no small way pleased to inform you that she has gotten her comeuppance.
So here’s the deal. This girl was apparently hired because she talked a good talk about being creative, assertive and dedicated to the performance of her job duties… but in fact everyone knew that she believed her looks and flirty behavior could carry her through the job with minimal effort.
So for a while she made that minimal effort… while flirting with the boss, talking about her sexual proclivities (kitten play, costuming, BDS&M, etc) doling out back rubs to certain guys while acting offended whenever other guys looked at her… the usual stuff… and all the while telling everyone who would listen that she’s “not the kind of girl who is trying to get ahead in her job by f~~~ing the boss.”
Which makes it all the more ironic that she got fired for telling her boyfriend that she thought the boss wanted to break them up so that he could have her for himself.
Turns out the boss thought she was full of s~~~, too big to be desirable and little more than a slutty cum-dumpster (based on private conversations held over beers after seeing her behavior at a company party).
So just a few months into her employment she was slacking on the job (I guess she felt she’d invested all the effort she was going to and it was now time to cash out and coast) and management was considering letting her go… then the boss found out that she was telling people he was trying to f~~~ her so she was called into a meeting, her security and building access were revoked and she was frog marched with a bag of her s~~~ to the exit, never to be heard of or spoken to again.
Damn.
I suppose when you own a business, a certain amount of BS is to be expected from employees… even slutting around at company parties… but to make baseless accusations about the boss that could lead to sexual harrassment claims is crossing a line from which you don’t get to come back.
The fun part is that they gave her no reason for her dismissal, but offered her a nice little severance that she’s probably spending on box wine and shoes right now while she bitches about how much men suck.
And now I can hardly wait until I run into her opening bottles of cheap beer in some s~~~hole bar, f~~~ing bikers and wannabe rock stars for a last little bit of fun and ego boost while she tries desperately to trade her 29 year old used-up carcass for a meal ticket from some lumpy mangina.
A word of advice to the ladies out there… independence is hard. You can work half your life with no rest or respite and still wake up every morning to stare in the face of oblivion… so I suggest you find someone who will take care of you while you’re still young and give him everything you’ve got. Not that you will, of course, but at least you can never say nobody told you so.
What boggles my mind is that anyone hires females anymore. They are nothing but trouble and cost more to employ.

Not if you hired a more qualified man. Simple, check you networks. Require family unfriendly hours. Offer a compensation package based on performance. Check references.
I would happily hire a female who had a fire in her belly and wanted to win. Unfortunately, females often want stability vs glory.

There are companies that have diversity quotas to fill, others where people who make the hiring decisions actually believe that men and women are fundamentally equal, and still others who just hire women to “pretty up the place”.
And, like was already said, refusing openly to hire females is illegal and a female who feels that your company discriminates covertly could have a case against you.
So it’s understandable why people do it, just unfortunate for them when they get one like this one and invest in her.

One of the best reasons not to hire a woman is that eventually, every single one of them will pretend to be sexually harassed by a co-worker. And guess who gets to pay for it? You. A man. The boss.
Money can make a woman forget anything. Humiliation, morals, the emotional well-being of her own children. If you don’t like the way you’re getting treated at work, quit. Or put on thirty pounds! No one’s forcing any of you fascist c~~~s to be there in the first place. Go work at a Curves if you don’t like men. Or learn to cook a roast and stay in a man’s house rent free. A fed man is one who will tolerate your constant failings.
Despite how stupid they are in math, women perform a complex mathematical calculation to determine whether or not they are being subject to sexual harassment:

Times the number of other girls who want to f~~~ him, C.If A times B times C is less than the amount of attention a guy is giving her: Ding, ding, ding! She’s being “sexually harassed”! Time to contact HR!

That makes sexual harassment not only subjective, but also completely arbitrary. Any time a woman wants, she can radically change her view of what’s appropriate, offensive, or even hostile. And when we start basing the law around that, we make the law something that is as flaky and non-committal as women.
If you tell a child Santa Claus exists and then you give him legal rights, he can sue if he doesn’t get a pony for Christmas. If you tell women they’re good for anything more than making babies and then encourage them to join the workforce, they can sue when you don’t act like it.
Look at every one of women’s donkey-s~~~ love stories. Their chick movies, their 50 Shades of Rape, their f~~~ing romance books, their dickless emo music — every single story has some schlub pouring endless amounts of unrequited attention onto some bitch until she’s so overwhelmed by it, the decision to f~~~ him is practically made for her.
It’s like women love “sexual harassment”.
