Female Bureaucrats

As a general rule I hate all bureaucrats. Period. They are generally all paper pushing, mouth breathing sadists who hate their jobs and do the least amount of work possible. But there is something about female bureaucrats in my experience that pushes them beyond their male counterparts in bureaucratic douchebaggery.  Women are supposed to be (as we are constantly told) excellent multi-taskers and very detail oriented. Yet whenever I have to deal with a female bureaucrat be it for fuel deliveries, taxes, doctors office visits, you name it. Nine times out of ten I know they will f~~~ it up somehow. You can follow their bureaucratic instructions to the letter and they will STILL f~~~ it up. And to add insult to injury they will never apologize for the f~~~ up nor even admit it! As a matter of fact they will usually try and blame you for the screw up!

I currently work as a blue collar. I have the privilege to not be around any coworkers for the most part since I work outside the regular hours. Throughout the 5 years that I’ve been working here, we’ve had 4 different secretaries and all of them were terrible. Half of the time, the secretary we currently have forgets to send us our schedules for the next week or she wont message you back when you send her an email, despite the fact that you wanted a confirmation that she did get the email. Recently she tried to put the blame on me for something that I wasn’t even aware of. She said that I’ve been working here long enough to know. The thing is that all the other employees that work during the regular hours have been warned. She basically forgot that there are other people working beyond her 9-5 schedule. And don’t even get me started with the human ressources department. I sent them an email more than a month ago regarding the Union I’m in. I have yet to get an answer. I could call them or just go there, but they’ll tell me that they can’t process my demand right now even though they only have to type my name in the employee database. Did I mention that not a single male works in that department? If cities were private companies, we would have gone bankrupt decades ago.

Bureaucracy is related to political correctness, and the new age softly, softly, philosophy where feelings count more than anything else, have to give respect to women and authority, and a woman in authority may as well be a demigod.  Whereas men, results and any form of logic seems unimportant, insignificant to the point of being irrelevant.

I am trying not to think about it, as it just gets me no where I want to be.  That’s why GYOW, can be a relief just don’t let bureaucracy and political correctness get to you, play by their silly stupid f~~~ing rules, as much as you have to and know inside your travelling towards your ultimate goals and destination.

I’ve been reading about going ghost and off grid, and that is the only solution I see apart from becoming mega rich, and good luck with that when all the rules are stacked against you.

I suppose the other solution involves an automatic assault rifle with a s~~~ load of ammunition, but lets not go there……Yet.

I cannot corroborate Iggy’s observations; I do not recall that my interaction with female apparatchiki have not been more odious than those with male apparachiki.

The worst can be female medical support staff or even nurses. They act as if the doctor were God and they are St. Peter guarding the gates from Satan who is you, the patient. I remember I had this one horror show of a nurse a long time ago who wouldnt let me go until I p~~~ed in a cup for a drug test. She loved having that power over people. As it is I had no p~~~ to give as I had just p~~~ed like five minutes previous. Im one of those guys who just cant p~~~ on command. Even if my bladder is full and someone is standing next to me in a stall, I still cant do it. I know its totally psychological, but what can I do. It is what it is. Women it seems p~~~ so easily they often do it when they dont even want to! But I digress. Anyway, I drank a bunch of water and hung out for about an hour and still nothing. I had s~~~ to do and wasnt about to hang around all day waiting to p~~~. So I told her I would come back tomorrow morning.  She said,’ No. You cant leave until this is done.’ I tell you this. If you want to send me into a rage, tell me what the f~~~ I can and can’t do. I said” What am I your prisoner or something? Is this Gitmo?” She says ‘Yes. in a way you are.” I told her she was so interested in p~~~ she should go p~~~ in my f~~~ing cup and I would be back in the morning.”  That decision f~~~ed me over for a few months but I didnt care. I refuse to take s~~~ from some man hating troll on a power trip.

 

Wow. I dont think I have ever used the word “P~~~” so much in my life. Let alone one paragraph.

I would have just watched the stupid look on that nurse bitch’s face as the door hit my ass on the way out of there. F~~~ her and the horse she rode in on. Of course, I’m gainfully self-employed and do not have to ever play the pee in a cup game even though I would easily pass one. I enjoy the simple freedom of not having to put up with that fascist bulls~~~.

I don’t recall anyone getting arrest powers with a nursing degree.

I’ve been living in my apartment complex off and on for nearly 35 years.  During that time, we’ve had 2 female managers.

 

The first one was lousy.  She had a snarky attitude and I don’t know anyone who had anything good to say about her.  She lasted about 2 years.

 

The current one is worse.  Same attitude, but now with princess-like entitlement.  Worse is that she’s also incompetent and largely sits in her office and drinks coffee.  I’ve rarely seen her any place in the complex and I doubt she even has any idea what’s going on.  She’s had the job for nearly 5 years and she’s made sure that there aren’t any men working in the office.  (Sound familiar?)

 

When I inherit from my father, I’m out of here.
