She always wants my attention and when i don’t return the favour her mood changes. She is 32 and very attractive. She usually leans on me and presses her boobs on me. I think you’re handling this appropriately but not responding. Don’t lead her on in anyway. Don’t respond to any text or phone call that is not business related. It sounds like you have some witnesses of the behavior since she does things in front of co-workers.
Is there a male boss you can go talk to about this, possibly her boss? I think it would be wise to let another authority figure know that you are concerned that once she realizes you aren’t interested, it’s going to negatively impact you.
A lot probably depends on what type of job you’re talking about.

The question is really what do YOU want to do, or want to get out of it?
If you don’t want her, if you reject her, then she’ll prob make your work life there s~~~ty. One way to deflect her without retaliation is to just say you’ve got an STD. You could go the GAY route but then you’d need to play the part your entire work history there, too much effort. Go STD.
If you want to build a sexual harassment case against her you need to start collecting evidence because a sexual harassment case against a woman is pretty difficult to prove where as all a chick needs to do is say a guy sexually harassed her and it’s over for the guy, no evidence required. So collect and collect until you’ve got a non-disputable case and go to HR with the evidence. Now she MAY get fired potentially leaving an opening for you to move up. If she doesn’t get fired though, your life’s gonna be hell you’ll prob want to look for another job. ALso once you’re on record as filing a sexual harassment complaint vs a coworker, that’ll stay in your HR file and could affect future employment if you use this place as a reference.
And the other option is to have some fun. Date her, learn some things that’ll better yourself with future women and when it’s over it’s over. But again… a woman scorned is a bitch to work with especially if she’s your boss. So you may be looking for another job. ALthough most companies frown greatly on management having sex with subordinates so collect evidence of the relationship and potentially you could find yourself in a power position to protect yourself for when it ends against any of her scorned retaliation.

Matter of factly admit to embarrassing characteristics or hobbies that turn women off, such as “I can’t wait to write new Star Trek fan fiction this weekend” or “my mom dressed me for school until I left for college.” She can’t really use stuff like that against you because it has nothing to do with what you do at work, and it won’t cause her to run to HR with a bogus complaint. It will be off putting enough that the flirting should stop but it won’t p~~~ her off and cause her to become vengeful towards you.
I do stuff like this all the time. If a girl at work asks me what I’m doing on a weekend I’ll just say “eating a turkey sandwich, watching Robocop, and translating Moby Dick into binary code.” I always get great reactions.
