Hi guys, just want to give you good folks a warning if you post any MGTOW content on Facebook.

I just did and got a like from what was clearly a provocateur based in Israel.

I noticed a like from a chap named Tom Shlomo Grumet. I clicked on his name and found a picture of man violently attacking a woman as his header image. Also there was a Facebook warning on my post reminding me that my post was public.

This never usually happens so I suspected something was awry.

This chap has 8 friends and to me, it is clearly a dummy account designed to find MGTOW posts and tar them with the ‘violence against women’ brush.

This kind of agent provocateurism on the internet is not uncommon on the web. Take a look at this for instance:

To some he was an Islamist extremist, to others a radical feminist, to others a neo-Nazi. These are all online identities that seem to have belonged to Joshua Goldberg – but in reality he was none of these things.
They were simply online aliases used to whip up ideological hatred, with seemingly dangerous and even violent real-world consequences. In reality he lives in Florida, spent huge amounts of time online – and has now been arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
But if the allegations now being made against him are true, posing under these fake identities, he seems to have incited others to act abusively and in some cases, to take up arms.
Among the alleged victims was Ben Garrison, an artist living in Montana. Around the time of the 2008 financial crisis he started drawing libertarian-themed political cartoons, lamenting what he saw as the rise of “big government.” But he soon found that his work was attracting people he vehemently disagreed with – who seemed to be extremists and white supremacists.
“There was a page on Facebook using my photographs, and all my cartoons, but they were all vandalised with hate and anti-Semitism,” he told BBC Trending radio. Fake accounts set up in Garrison’s name posted racist messages, and his family was targeted as well. “When I went on there and saw what they were doing I was just abhorred.”

So spread the MGTOW word my brothers. but be careful, they will use any means, fair or foul to try to stop us.

There is a ‘Closed’ MGTOW Group on FB (MGTOW USA). Aside from the occasional alpha-mangina posing as MGTOW, it seems to be relatively troll- and drama-free.

I would advise you to keep MGTOW to yourself and not evangelize even though you may be enthusiastic.

First, we are a minority of men. Second, and most importantly, a man must come to MGTOW on his own through his own experiences and hard knocks.

I am not telling you to not strike if you see man on the edge. I’ve found that I cannot even get non-MGTOW men to even understand simple White Knighting much less go into deeper MGTOW concepts. I’m telling my Chad Thunderc~~~ friend Red Pill things that go whoosh straight over his head.

Work on your own MGTOW path. Let the others learn the hard way. That’s how I learned.

As far as women go, most women find me very charming and polite. I just don’t give a f~~~ about them or their opinions. That does not mean I want to hurt them, quite the opposite. I avoid them as much as possible and treat them like the scorpions they are.

I do use Facebook on a limited basis (no dating or hookups!) Family and friends and Datsun 240Z groups, and nothing at all serious. I will make a promise to MGTOW that NOTHING from here will ever be cross-posted or linked over there by me.

To Truthspoon and other newly awaken MGTOWs; Please do not proselytize. The last thing movement needs are public spokesmen, placard waving recruiters, and other self-appointed “guides” trying to spread the good news about MGTOW.

MGTOW doesn’t need more basement dwelling neckbeards picketing feminist seminars while wearing their Star Wars jammies.

If you want to help other men, live your life as an example to them.

No. There are some people here passing on their hard earned experience via advice.

I work all over the world too. I’ve been doing it since the early 80s, which is most likely longer than you’ve been alive. I use the internet to keep in touch with colleagues and other professionals. I do so through private forums and other message boards dedicated to certain professions and industries. I began doing that in the days of the dial-up BBS. Teaching me about using the ‘net to keep in touch is like teaching your grandmother how to suck eggs.

You use Facebook because you don’t know any better and/or because your “work” doesn’t have invite-only boards and forums in which professionals keep tabs on their industries and each other without having to wade through thousands cat gifs.

Zuckerberg sells everything you post on Facebook to marketing and other Big Data firms. And you keep handing him more information every day. How does it feel to be working for him and not earning a single f~~~ing dime?

Exactly.

Unfortuantely a man cannot be told what MGTOW is. He has to see it for himself. Trying to get a man to understand MGTOW who isn’t already initiated, very likely won’t work. The results of that are seen in conclusions like “this is a site that hates women” and other such nonsense.

Always used fake profiles too. But sometimes the VPN IP ranges get blanket banned by Facebook causing the account to lock and demand ID. When that happens I just throw it away and make another one from a different geographical location. I came to this conclusion because of all the times I’ve started up new accounts from the same ranges and they either locked up within seconds of logging in, or would prevent you from successfully logging in at all.

Thanks for the warning. BTW, the tech sites I surf warn against other scams running in FB in addition to that one.

Full disclosure: The warning was not necessary in my case. I’m not on FB. Some friends of mine were pressuring me to join, but a hacker stole zillions of FB passwords and personal info at about the same time. I didn’t take the bait.
