So I know everyone isn’t a gym rat or doesn’t workout all the time, however I find it equally liberating and appalling being a MGTOW gym goer. I’m training for my first obstacle race and this requires increased upper body/core strength.

Through my routine I would catch a sneak peek at some booty or a nice mid-section (no intentions of course), however as of last night I won’t even look at them. Not at all. While this is good practice, I feel like man is taking a huge defeat here. The fact that assault or harassment can be charged with nothing more than a look makes me feel SICK to my stomach. Women are a GD booby trap in the gym I swear…. dressing like sluts and ready to attack.

Just ranting on this subject I guess… reflecting on last nights session. How do you guys feel?

I don’t feel, I just keep my distance, they wold think you are gay.

I’m sure most people here think I’m gay and I am ok with that.

    Actually I’m glad.

To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

I haven’t been to the gym in a few months (slacking), but I don’t think MeToo is really going to make a difference to me. I generally have my headphones in and keep to myself as much as possible. I’m not at all saying that I don’t notice other people around me, particularly attractive ones, but I’ve always been wary of not looking too much.

Really though, if a woman decides that she doesn’t like me for whatever reason, I’m sure she can just go to a trainer and saying I’m being inappropriate, and I’d probably be asked to leave. It doesn’t matter what I do.

Are men at a disadvantage here? Absolutely. However, many of these women are there to draw attention to themselves. It most definitely seems as men ignore the hell out of women as much as possible in the gym. I’d almost argue that the gym atmosphere is an example of what implementing MGTOW is going to be like for women.

Again, I haven’t been there in quite a while, but I suspect women are frozen out more than they were before.

    Ok. Then do it.

Funny, I’ve told women before that I wish someone would start a men’s-only gym. I’d be right there joining. They’ve had women’s-only gyms for years under the pretense that they want to go work out without being judged/hit on by men. I tell them I go to the gym to work out, I don’t need the distraction of not being able to use a piece of equipment because some guy is leaning on it while trying to hit on the new girl.

Women don’t believe me, but the best gym I ever worked out at only had a few women members. It was an old place that eventually was torn down. Full of a bunch of older guys trying to stay in shape. It may have been ground zero for MGTOW now that I think about it.

Oh yeah, and the women’s-only gyms are practically extinct now. I guess they really did want men to notice and hit on them….

I had some Ole Gym Ho trying to give me a big smile and Hi this morning as I was walking by her and heading to the can. She’s of NO Interest to me for any reason.

I gave her a quick Hi, and shifted my eyes. I beat feet AWAY from that, and purposely avoided eye contact on the way back from the can.

There’s this other lil group of female gym rats that are partly lesbian, and partly bitchy. I call that lil group the Locust as they like to kinda take over a section of the gym when they show up, but we don’t say two words to each other and mutually stay away from one another. It works for me !!

So, aside from probably a couple New Year Resolution(ist) Ho’s that will be showing up, there’s really low Ho traffic at my gym when I go, and the New Years Hoe’s will be gone as quick as they come.

This is a valid statement. It’s too bad the white knight/simp population is so massive, especially in the US.

“People my age don’t want big muscles,” said Naugin, who promptly joined the flagship Cuts when his wife discovered it in nearby Clark. “We want to come in quick, and get back home before the wife yells at you.”

Nah men are already at a huge disadvantage for years.

MeToo just shatter your illusion and let reality sink in.

There is no magic in MGTOW, just recognition of the truth and logical decision how to avoid dangers. The red pill is but the truth, it is no magical potion. Do not think in this modern world men have no longer have natural enemies, men are prey to women and government.

At the age of 45, I feel like trying to be as strong and athletic as I was in my 20s is rather silly. Instead, I just want feel a little better, look a little better, and I have a better outlook on my future health. The gym I go to is rather heavy on the body builder types, mostly younger. There are even quite a few women in that category. I like that aspect as it reduces some the gym bunnies and other ridiculousness that you can fine. At the same time, competitiveness motivates me, and I cannot compete with these guys. I struggle with feeling guilty leaving after an hour, which is really rather good considering the general population, knowing that many of these people are spending several hours everyday.

    Ok. Then do it.

I know how that feels, however remember that you can train hard or you can train slow. You can’t do both. 45 minutes to an hour is actually the optimal amount of time as long as the session has a good amount of intensity.

Women get annoyed when you ignore them at gym. A cupcake bent a feet away from to pick up plates, it was so obvious. I made no eye contact. Nor took a sneak peek. She wasn’t happy. 🙂

    Winning.

Before red pill, the gym was half work out half pick up place. I am sure most if not all the women still act the same way at the gym, and are there just for that reason.
