What are everyone’s favorite exercise to workout each muscle? For me:

Shoulders (deltoids): Arnold press, and resistance band fly
Chest: Cable fly (low, middle, and upper)
    Biceps: Hammer Curls
    Triceps: Kickbacks
    Back: Cable row
Abs: None, it prevents me from breathing when I do it.
    Legs: Bike riding

Lately, I have been buying dumbbells each month (10 pounds higher per month) and using them. I want the kind of body like the shirtless guy in the video below:

The guy in the video was 20 back then when he did that short-lived TV series (VERITAS: The Quest), and I’m mid-late 36 now. It safe to say that if I were to get my body in the shape as the guy in the video, my body won’t look as good and young looking as his.

Dude, that is a great thing. But remember, it’s what you can DO with YOUR body that counts! Bulk is great. But bro, really try to learn how to fight and defend yourself.

Dumbbells are great. Start doing Yard work. No kidding get paid to work out. Craigslist list should just be called the Dig holes Gym, JIM.
In fact, how are you doing on your Pushups? Sit ups? Crunches? THose are the things that REALLY bring out the LEAN definition. Eat like a Hunter gatherer. Get sunshine and SLEEP!

Gravel pit has some GREAT definition in his legs. Bicycle riding really does do WONDERS for your legs. Just get a SEAT that does not cut off the Circulation to your NUTS!

Man, I’m telling you, Waxing your car and doing it the WAX ON WAX OFF way Builds TONS of stamina and strength. SEX USE to be a great workout. Yea.. Even better now that you have to push 300 lbs of LARD BUTT around LOL!

I still am trying to get my Pecks to show Definition. I’m just a Plump f~~~er. I can’t get rid of the spare tires. I might try out that non surgical fat burning thing they do now. I want to get rid of the Fat on my pectorals and Upper body. THANK YOU COW FARMERS!

And WATER GOd DRINK LOTS OF WATER! If you can get your hands on Mineral water? GREAT! Your body always needs those minerals. In fact, if you ever see a 90 year old guy look no older than 50? That’s the ticket bro! This guy has been drinking stream water from his property and I’m telling ya, He’s a Skinny, lean but STRONGER THEN ME MAN! I had to wonder if he was black if he was not so white. DUDE does not even have WRINKLES MAN! Lives alone in his small trailer.

WORKING out is fine. But actually doing stuff like Building gives you great results, and you build something! I hate just working out at a gym. Boring. I can never keep on it. I hate that warm gym equipment feeling. Would rather put up a retaining wall. GO cut some wood, or do something that shows real world output.

Glad you found something that works. I need a better routine. Sad that the only reason why I cared about being trim or lean was to see more of my dick when I was 300+ once. Damn, glad I’m not there anymore. THAT S~~~ SUCKED!

The only thing that I have to admit about looking great that’s kind of a Downer, is that you get all these women that just see you, want to f~~~ you, and your like..HELL NO ! It was a BIG motivator for me at one time. Sad. Women are so repulsive today, and STD wherhouses, I don’t even care to Look good. Still so much of the OLD me still here.

19 months ago, I was well on my way to a 6 pack and a killer beach body in California. After I got stuck up here, I said f~~~ it. My next trip was to India for a Hair transplant, and get some dental work done. Hopefully, I get around to that this next year. I know it does not matter, but I like looking good. And when you do, you just feel like working out more and taking better care of yourself if you have a Positive body image.

Now if I could ONLY get that BIG Porn start SCHLONG? My life would be complete! Maybe I could do Sex Doll porn? Hmm.

Im 34, all natural, i look a bit more defined than that guy.

I do abs, i must, you have to harden abdomen for boxing or you gonna get f~~~ed up by a hook (it hurts anyway, specially liver blows).

I recomend you watch some of jeff chavalier videos, good advices, tecnique and how to avoid injury wich is the most important thing.

Aside from age, one must also be realistic about his genetic package, diet, and training.

There are many men that can kill themselves in the gym and will never look as good as some other men that were just born with athletic physiques.

Also, DIET can not be underestimated as well as ones training regime.

I’m NOT saying this to dissuade you from working out, but quite the COTRARY. I have seen many come and GO because after 6 months or a year or whatever they don’t look like this or that, or don’t have big bench numbers or WHATEVER.

The KEY is to find WHATEVER type of exercise that you can do regularly and keep doing it. You can always change it up as long as you keep doing something.

Personally, I would NOT do any high impact aerobic activities like running as it seems to destroy your joints over time.

Extended periods of frenetic dancing…find some ravers to hang out with and go to their dance parties that go all night. Don’t take the molly, just go for the music. If you can make it past the third song and keep moving you’ll be over the hurdle and able to keep going. The cardio is an obvious benefit, but the foot coordination boost will become apparent on its own in your day to day life if you make a habit of incorporating this into your lifestyle. If you dont like rave music, learn to like it for the sake of the movement. Just don’t learn aerobics because you’ll find yourself surrounded by chicks.

Let me get this straight, your idea of getting healthier is going all night to a place full of noice, full of drunk, heavily intoxicated people…

    Ok.

I used to powerlift many, many yrs ago.
My favorites for certain muscle groups:

Shoulders: primarily Deadlifts. Also standing arm flies outward.
chest: Benchpress- reg & Incline. Chest flies on bench w/dumbells. T-rows
Biceps: Preacher & reverse pulldowns on lat machine(cable type)
Triceps: rope pulldowns on the lat machine, close grip bench press
Legs: Squat rack 1/2 & full , leg extensions, leg press
Back/Core: squats & Deadlift. Sit-ups and crunches. also Roman chair (hundreds of them!)

The 2 guys I worked out with (yeah, I was the “small” one),were called “J” and “Mr Concrete” <— he had 24″ biceps.

“J” was the BIG guy, Deadlifter animal
“Mr Concrete” Did well in everything, but I remember him for curling some crazy weight.

I should start to throw the weights around again…..

Not to put anyone down or anything, because I really do admire accomplishments, but that picture of those 3 men are bad, because that’s too much muscle. I want a body like the guy in the video I provided; natural and smooth looking.

EDM is just the Charleston from the roaring 20s. The thing about EDM is that it gives people who don’t have any real rythum to get the LED gloves and make funny little movements and call it dancing. 🙂

Ballroom dancing and the stuff they do on Dance with the stars is KILLER!

Personally, I wish I could dance like they did in the clubs of the 20’s and 30s.

No offense taken. I don’t look anything like that anymore…..
Now i’m fluffy with a belly because I stopped regular workouts 10 yrs ago. When you lift all your life;at some point you just “get tired of it”

    Those guys are bodybuilders.
We had the same physique but weren’t CUT nearly as well as them.
    They did wheat-germ and yogurt.
We ate steak, heads of lettuce, spinach(virtually anything we could get protein from.)

The 1 thing all lifters share is DESIRE & DEDICATION.
