It’s safe to assume that we all watch good man movies. Which is your favorite man’s movie?

Mine and since I was 4 was the original Conan The Barbarian (1982) with Arnold Schwarzenegger. I love the sword fighting, the soundtrack, the scenery, and the adventure. Here’s a short clip of Conan recovering below:

Conan is bad ass. I would have to say mine would be The Good the Bad and the Ugly. Gladiator is right up there.

Rancho Deluxe. It’s from the mid 70’s with Jeff Bridges and Sam Waterson.
You have to dig for it but worth a watch. Last time I watched it was on Netflix.

    Just rolling down the road

Revolver, my favorite “manly movie”, hands down.

Why? This is a taste of why:

I am binge watching the Longmire TV series. Conan is my first choice. The Godfather rates high, although all the capos were married; it was a job requirement back then.

To add to the list – Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World. The books contain a lot of manginism, but the film is very MGTOW.

Safety rules: All guns are loaded. All knives are sharp. All stoves are hot. All women are like that.

Glengarry Glen Ross. Great ensemble cast (Jack Lemmon, Al Pacino, Kevin Spacey, Alan Arkin, and Ed Harris). The scene with Alec Baldwin, playing a motivational speaker, is priceless.

This is one of the most hated movies of all-time, but I love it in all its cheesiness. I’m talking about the 1994 Street Fighter movie. Scenes like this are unforgettable. In the midst of funny and campy action scenes, this one is great.

Conan wins for me. I mean this guy’s family is killed before his eyes. His mom’s head is chopped off while he is holding her hand..He gets sent to a work camp in the cold mountians and pushes some giant grain grinding wheel or something for 10 years as all those around him perish from the labor. He grows stronger, becomes a pit fighter, never looses. Gets trained to use weapons from eastern sword masters. Dies fighting the henchmen of the leader who killed his mom/dad/village. Gets resurrected by a spell that only worked because the woman who loved him traded her life for his. (good luck finding that irl) lol Then this badass goes and kills em all ending with Thulsa Doom who tries to hypnotize him in front of all of his followers. Nothing doin fool! Chops his head off in front of all his followers and throws it down the stairs. Cult/Religion over. Easily one of my top handful of movies of all time.
