Flet mignon wrapped in bacon with roasted garlic, fried onions and peppers, greens and potato.

A razor sharp stake knife is a must when eating a steak, anything else and you’re just dork with a spork!

I with you on the Ribeye.

Seasoned with some rub. A little Worcestershire.

Burnt on the outside rare on the inside.

The only thing missing is a smidgen of a good scotch.

by smidgen, I mean three fingers.

Inch thick ribeye, dry steak rub, let sit for a few hours on the counter, grilled over charcoal, well done outside, pink inside. Make a steak butter to go with it. Room temp butter, fresh minced garlic, some brown mustard, mixed together.
    .
A good IPA, yukon gold mashed potatoes, fresh tomatoes, and some grilled mushrooms.

800 gram scotch fillet or rib eye medium rare cooked on Weber Q. Compliment with hot English mustard and a expensive bottle of Cab Sav.

I won’t say what my top favorite is because I really don’t know, so I’ll just list all the meats I eat and you be the judge what could be my favorite.

    1 Flank steak
    2 New York strip
3 Corned beef and cabbage with red potatoes
    4 Rib eye
    5 Prime rib
    7 Sirloin steak
    8 Pot Roast
9 Tilapia – I know fish isn’t considered meat, but I love protein
    10 Tuna sushi
    11 Sockeye salmon
12 Chicken breast fried in olive oil and seasoned with Mrs. Dash and lemon pepper

I love meat and protein: arr arr arr yeah!
