Your skin is like an elastic band. It will stretch out, and shrink back if you only pull it a couple of times. But if you keep it stretched, it won’t be able to maintain it’s original form. When you lose weight naturally and slowly, your skin does in fact shrink back, but you will always have excess skin to some degree because your skin was forced to “stretch and hold” to maintain the weight you were carrying. For people who lose excessive amounts of weight, surgery is the only way.

I really hate fat acceptance with a passion. I can accept that not everyone can be fit and healthy due to health issues/medication but a 20 year old really has no excuse for getting that big.
