    1. 12 hours between meals for everyday that you don’t do 24 hour fasts. HERE

    2. Since 80% of your immune system is here, this allows the cleaning system to operate uninterrupted, while not processing food. The sympathetic vs. parasympathetic system.

    3. The grey matter located in the abdomen is akin to your brain’s grey matter.HERE The same that is found in your semen. Fasting from either or allows for more cognitive abilities and laser-like focus. Hence MGTOW men resembling the clear-sighted thinking like Tesla or post-Matrix Neo.

In conclusion, greatness has always been predicated on the self-discipline. Being able to say no is an indicator of power.

And actually if you can go 14-16 hours each day, it’s even better. That’s where I am at.

I did try a 15 day juice fast a couple summers ago. Was good but its not really my thing. Did a five day one the next year.

I fast everyday by only rubbing one out at nighttime.

I eat only one huge, nutritious meal a day.

I feel great, have tonnes of energy and hardly ever get sick.

Fasting, intermittent fasting and the Warrior Diet are totally Red Pill and every MGTOW should seriously try them.

I just got interested in this recently.

It’s also not difficult to do longer fasts, like 3-4 days,
    without any ill effects.
Longer fasting allows your body to clean itself out more thoroughly and increases metabolic fat-burning.

The trick to overcoming hunger is exercise/activity before and during hunger pangs, which will come during your regular mealtimes. They fade over time.

You eventually will not crave food at all for days.
I’ve only done it a couple of times for 48 hours.
I’d like to try doing it longer.

    I’m still looking into this.

I don’t eat until 2pm every day and get my 2500-3000(depending on if I lift that day or not) calories in before 10pm.

    Fasting has some great benefits

Good post. When I eat too much I am slovenly in mind and body. I often skip lunch which means 10hrs between breakfast and dinner, and feel much more positive and alert.

My next next goal is to eat only breakfast two days a week.

If it works for a number of animals it’s good for me too. I read somewhere that a lot of people who lived for 100+ years generally ate light.

Have you noticed how many people think it’s unhealthy or ‘dangerous’? I fond this particularly funny when coming from overweight and/or sedentary types.

It’s hard for me to find things to eat that make me feel satisfied on a vegetarian diet.

I’m not sure. Maybe I’m addicted to meat? I know some things you can’t get from a vegetarian diet unless you supplement.

Fasting may have cured me of a long time illness. I started fasting for 1 day per week. Then I did a 3 day fast. Started to slowly improve. Now I am feeling better than I have in years. Still have a long way to go, but its a big improvement.
