Hello.
I was participating in a research study at a local hospital and I watched a few minutes of the game show Family Feud. Interesting enough, the two survey questions asked were about men. The first was “name something that men chicken out on doing” and the second was “name a reason why a woman may avoid a very attractive man.” I’m sure you can all guess most of the surveyed responses, but something that caught my attention was how both families did awful with providing the most popular answers, especially the female participants. One of the women actually said men are afraid to commit to having children. I don’t get it. Not wanting to do something isn’t necessarily a sign of fear or weakness, especially when a particular commitment entails a huge financial and legal liability.
It only gets worse with the second survey question. The most popular answer was not he’s married (that was answer no. 2). Instead, the top answer is the guy is shallow/has a huge ego. The third answer was he smells. (Um, I don’t think anyone can be attractive if they have bad body odor or whatever). The fourth answer was the guy is a player. I forget the other 2 answers. I’m curious if anyone has seen a game show doing the same kind of survey question on why males avoid attractive females.
