Family Court Judge has God Complex

I originally placed this at the end of my introduction post but felt it would be more appropriate over here.  This guy is the current presiding supreme and family court judge in three counties around the area where i live.  he oversaw my case in which i was involved in a minor domestic dispute with the ex. which led to the removal of myself from my home and my custodial rights to my son.

this judge is notorious for being the most hardcore one in the entire county system, here’s a fine example of the type of authority he believes he should have over the average person who goes before him.

this guy threw me in jail after all of what happened to me because i owed 30 dollars on my court fee payment for that month which had not ended yet. no where in the order of payment was there any language that said each payment should be made within a 30 day business period “month” from the day i was sentenced. it only said that from the day that i was sentenced and on i would make a payment each month until it was payed off.  how can you throw someone in jail and risk their job they need to pay you off with for a mere 30 dollars.

What was the domestic dispute? Who hit who first? Doesn’t matter though in most cases because the woman is almost always seen as the victim. Best not to play any game with women because they have the refs paid off.

Equal Justice Under the Law…except, she gets a victim’s advocate (coach), social services and the state as her lawyer…you get whomever you can find often receiving little advice even on court etiquette, how things proceed, or anything else.

There wasn’t any physical contact made but i definitely still got screwed.  If you’re interested to read about it i told the whole story over on the introduction section.  but i placed this post up to speak less about myself and more about this complete tyrant who basically destroys families everyday.  I don’t pretend to know what this guys story is in the article but it doesn’t really matter what he did in regard to his fatherly duties.  For the judge to be able to tell him that he cannot spend any of his own money on his own enjoyment because he owes a substantial sum of child support is totally ridiculous. what’s worse is that because this man accepted that order it creates a precedent for him to make a similar ruling over somebody else.  i definitely got screwed over by this guy but the ruling he was able to make in this article totally oversteps the limits of how much power the judicial system should have over anyone’s life that has not committed a serious crime.
