family court corruption

As we all know family court gets the same retrick world wide on corruption.
intrested
in anyone’s expierence with this.I have been given a gag order ontop of the 121 order .I don’t give a s~~~.At this point i find it very hard to talk about .in time i will put a big introduction up.but here is a little bit.my kids lived with me for three years ex didn’t want them.Came and grabbed them and took of.Did this because she commited identity theft and also used my Australian buisness tax number for 3 years.

1..in the trial it came up she had criminal record.

2..thex explained in detail how she had physically abused the children and i am not talking just smacking.

3..police report with id number where children had told police about how her partner pulled his pants down to reveal his arse.girls even mentioned a freckle.independent childrens lawyer wrote a letter to the judge saying he had spoke to the detective on the phone which he did not as the cop said he would lose his job and the investigation was not over.

4..was told by family court agent who acts for lawyers and some times deals with up to four cases in a day.before i walked into court i wont be getting my kids back.she told me if i cant get money there is nothing i can do for you even though i was funded by legal aid.

another time this agent told the judge she forgot my paper work.

On my court order they have put i am to not use amphetamines. Never touched them in my life just weed in my younger day.

5…i have been sent someone else’s court order with all there financial info and every thing.

6…medical record of ex stabbed well more of a nick in the arm on my order but judge in the trail did not want to hear it.ex did it because she new i was molested at 5 and threatend to be killed by this sick c~~~.

7..my exes partner listins at the kids doors when i get to ring them once a week.

My daughter at 12 grabbed a knife and threatend my ex and partner 8 months ago.got texted

recently found out why because the mother had hit her with a power cord and more.

there is a lot more but i am not able to cope with going on with it ..just f~~~s with me and am in hospital at moment in a mental health ward because just had a mediation a month ago where the legal aid mediator helped my ex brake more of the court order .Which legal aid said in black and white that i had to show proof she is breaking the order to get funding for court.
So much more.but f~~~ them and there gag order i have a few things i am going to hand to the media.if my ex got that other people’s order she could of gone to town.recharging and going to be comming back at them with a vengance.cant beet the machine but i will damage it.see so many woman who should not have kids in the community. I have no criminal record either.

If anyone is going into this system thinking it follows laws and is a just system you are f~~~ing kidding yourself.after ex tolc judge sbout abuse he told her it was a criminal offence anf said to her don’t you want these kids.

I beleave i was f~~~ed over because i complained to ombudsman and others in written form and the judge new it and dropped hinting remarks on my hearings.

I don’t know Australian law, but it sounds just as f~~~ed up as Southern California law. I was once told by an assistant district attorney that …”the 13 Southern California counties don’t recognize each other concerning child support awards”…I wonder if Sacramento(the state capital) knows that?

AMEN to that mate. I had my kids 50/50 for 3 years and family court didnt give a s~~~. Didnt care that she has threatened to kill them, and blah blah blah f~~~ing blah NO ONE CARES!!!! F~~~ THEY ARE C~~~S! So she gets the kids and i see them 4 nights a fortnight now. Last week my oldest tells me ‘mummy said that the (Increase in my care time coming in a few years, as in the final orders) will never happen because mummy said she will go back to court. Now she is on legal aid, and Ive been told and researched that one needs a very f~~~ing good reason to change final orders, but somehow I believe HER and not the LAW!!!

Have you broken any of the order yourself because she will need a very good reason to get legal aid.

Thats what Ive been led to believe but i have no doubt that her lawyer can spin the application, and it will be approved by the gynocentric legal aid system, and then the whole thing starts again. She has no fear of the court. She just kept getting rewarded for her bad behaviour. I have a deep fear of the system now. I have enough evidence of serious child abuse against her but I am too scared to engage the court because that may very well end in a trial where my care time increase disappears forever. Its f~~~ed. Unless she has an extreme reason she won’t get legal aid.It is legal to video record your phone calls with a video camera if she is nasty or drunk on the phone.it is legal to record a phone call as long as device is not inserted or connected to the phone under the telecommunacations act.judge didn’t want to here mine at the time and if i knew what i know now i would of forced the issue but i was really f~~~ed over.it was that obvious i won my ex was all nice to me after the trial out side because she knew i won.

Cheers and i do hope you are right. I have a very small and discrete camera that i use at every appropriate moment. I have gigabytes of HD evidence. Its mainly to protect myself. I’m dealing with a bona-fide freakazoid.

Australian law has NO “bill-of-rights” in its Constitution …the U.S. law does and believe me it’s a HUGE difference.
