It should be a mandatory custodial sentence of the equivalent of the sentence for false crime accusation she made.

At least Germany prosecute. Here in the UK, feminists openly instruct the police and criminal justice system to fabricate evidence to succeed in the false accusation and convictions for false accusations are never brought.

The High Court is not happy about this though. A couple of guys brought a civil claim for a false allegation of rape and the High Court awarded damages as a punishment or about £200,000. Shame I can no longer find the link.

If a false allegation is made against you in the UK you can claim compensation from the Government criminal injuries compensation scheme. Just make sure you report the crime within 24 hours and get a crime reference number.
