False rape  accusations : i hear about them in the news after the accused men have had their names dragged thru the s~~~ and even spent time in jail.I have made up my mind to be Damd careful  if, how, where and when i associate with women.

Women do it for a lot of reasons.

For attention,for sympathy to get out of a situation and God only knows what else.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. If you are going to be ACCUSED of rape, then you might as well go out and do it. That’s my view, I could be wrong!

Seriously though, what’s weird is that a girl who accuses you of rape, you could go rape her and still get away with it.

Being accused of being rapist is insulting, but above all its pretentious as hell that a women thinks a man would even bother!

I’ve thought about how funny it would be to actually rape a women after she accused you of it. I wonder what would actually happen.

Of course, her stank ass would probably give you all sorts of diseases so it wouldn’t be much of a revenge.

Also, I’m at the point where if I was accused of rape, my defense would be to just say that “I’m Gay”. (Even though I am straight)

@jackson1888, we’re on the same page, I was just thinking that with all the innocent men going through the false rape nightmare, it’s just a matter of time until some will react with violence, revenge rape or even murder.  I don’t know what I’d do, but the anger and frustration, I wouldn’t be surprised at the repercussions.

Also with you on the Gay defense, just wrote about it, literally less than a minute before your post.

If rape accusations resulted in one of two outcomes, it might help:   Guilty=that party goes to prison / innocent=accuser goes to prison for falsely accusing.   What is the current ratio of false?   Kind of ironic ONE IN FOUR i.e. 1 to 3 ratio, rings a bell like 1 in 4 college laydees raped by farts etc.

Now this was specifically talking about hair based DNA evidence, but if they are willing to lie about it in this context why not in others.

Here in the UK on the radio today was a report about the problem with ‘easy & quick’ DNA results.

Even the guy that invented the test said the system is now flawed and he fears innocent people have been put away.

What has happend is that the old stringent test took too long and was expensive.

So when they got a DNA sample that wasn’t that great they dialed the machines down to a point where they got something but a much less safe result.

There are also 5 different types of software being used and all giving slightly different results.

On a small, degraded or boarder line sample and the difference in software …… the result is ….. at best ….. crap.

This stuff honestly scares the s~~~ out of me, especially because there are no negative repercussions for falsely accusing someone of rape. Legally, there’s only a gain for women to accuse men who have even slightly inconvenienced them to accuse them of molestation or rape. The worst part is that when people try to bring attention to it, it becomes a “NAWALT” argument.
