The private prosecutions against woman making false allegations of rape have already started here in the uk. The news story is here:

    http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/eleanor-de-freitas-false-rape-5349869

There will be a lot more of this to come as men start to fight back. Men will become lawyers with the aim of doing this type of work and law firms specialising in this type of work and private prosecutions will become the norm. There was also a recent case here in the UK where a woman was ordered to pay significant compensation to 2 men she falsely accused of rape. Becoming this type of lawyer looks like a good career path for mgtows.

Predictably the false accuser in this case is being portrayed as the innocent victim. Conveniently overlooking the fact that the male suicide rate is much higher than that of women.

Let’s not forget who made the false allegation that led to what she describes as her own “selfish” act to escape justice, here’s a badge in the hope  that at least some people will wake up to who the real vicitm was in this:

If Im not mistaken, this case is old and they already painted her as victim. Never mind when a falsely accused MAN kills himself out of the shame alone, despite being innocent. But when a woman, with clearly mental health problems, kills herself to avoid facing the consequences of HER OWN ACTIONS, then MEN is STILL to blame.

Let’s play Head or Tails. Head they win, Tails you lose.

If she had been dealt with equally she would have been in jail where she belonged facing trial, then she would not have been able to harm herself and she wouldn’t have committed suicide. This is fairly recent, story is about a month ago

Oh, so I must have mistaken this with another case. The photo seemed familiar, but I didn’t read the article. The one I saw not only the woman accused the guy of rape, but later on it was revealed that she was “bipolar” and was not taking her medication. Of course, all this didn’t matter, and they were using her case to push forward the idea of victim blaming (in this case, they were portraying her, DESPITE lying, as victim).

Anyway, it’s all downhill from here, so brace yourselves.

Machiavelli and BadKan, it’s the same old case. Note how she is portrayed as a victim even though she maliciously tried to destroy an innocent man’s life. Good riddance.

It’s difficult to find sympathy for this girl while being busy as I am trying to make sure what she did never happens to me. The guy who kidnapped and held those women for years who was recently caught and killed himself in jail, did it to escape the inevitable consequences of his own horrific actions. Nobody felt sorry for him, and neither do I. I have exactly equal contempt for this girl. Her decision to stop her meds, her decision to make a false rape accusation, her decision to kill herself… her responsibility => her consequences.

Private prosecution sounds like an American civil suit (?), which eliminates the possibility of jail time, but exposes truth and carries at least the accountability of public exposure for what was done. To me, it sounds as if the man she accused was determined to clear his name.

For me, the message is that for some women, the inability to make someone else responsible for the consequences of their actions makes life unbearable.

Look, it's not my fault that tornado dropped a house on your sister. Now get back on your broom and get your ass out of here... and take your monkeys with you

From what you say BrainPilot, I don’t think a private prosecution is the same as an American civil suit. A private prosecution is a criminal prosecution brought by a private individual in exactly the way the police would. Anyone facing a private prosecution can face jail time. It’s exactly the same as any other criminal conviction except you’re not reliant on the white knights at the police to obtain a conviction. The Crown Prosecution Service took over this case so the lawyers view was that there was a criminal case to answer against her. It speaks volumes that the police never bring cases against women who make false allegations despite it being one of the most serious crimes. It’s one of the most serious crimes because it undermines the whole legal system.

He spent £200,000 brining the prosecution. What this case tells us is that a claim for compensation against the woman seems the better option. Shame I can’t find the case where the court awarded exemplary damages against a woman who falsely accused men of rape. The judge was quite scathing of her behaviour.

We will see law firms setting up in the next 5 years or so bringing claims for compensation against women who have made false allegations, especially if they succeed in getting her pension which seems quite likely. With modern technology and phones and recording devices women will get caught out more as men become more clued up on how to protect themselves and claim the compensation they deserve.

This story made me f~~~ing angry when it first came out. The fact of the matter is, she lied and falsely accused a man of rape. If she couldn’t deal with the consequences of her actions and ended up killing herself, well tough s~~~. This investigation (clearly trying to blame the man for her death) is a f~~~ing joke.

this was on the Daily Mail a while back and it was pretty much a 50/50 split in the comments with blokes saying what we are and ALL of the women painting her as the victim even though she tried to ruin this man’s life

There was an interesting discussion on this case at Roosh’s forum:
