    What’s up everybody, Rob here…

I have a strong passion for fitness, bodybuilding and strength and wanted to document my year long process of going from FAT 2 FIT. I’ve been training for 3 years and have gone from 205 lbs (92kg) at 40% Body Fat Percentage to 180 lbs (81kg) 16% BF. All of this progress started by making training and eating healthier a priority and integral part of my daily life.

Here’s a before and after (Yes, this is me after 3 years of hard training and dedication):

Well, Christmas has come and gone and one of the tools I’ve needed to help with my contest prep has arrived.. The Innovator 300 meal prep bag from Six Pack Fitness.. I AM STOKED! I’m writing up my diet and starting my 12 week journey soon..

P.S. Sorry about the picture links.. I realized that not many people show their faces in this forum, so I figured there’s probably a good reason for that.. I’ll get some new pics up and blur my face in them. Until then, stay fit and continue to live a longer, better life.

I win, bro. I was around 40% body fat too, due unhealthy marriage (marriages are always unhealthy). Now I’m at 14%. It’s not good as the 9% I briefly reached in my 20s, but it’s still quite good, I think.

Awesome, Eric! I’m so glad you decided to become a better, healthier version of yourself! I started my cut 01/05 and weighed in at an official 187 lbs. I’m down to 179 lbs this morning with 10 weeks to go before I reverse diet! I’m so excited and can’t wait to see what this hard work will bring and I PROMISE a before/after pic stitch by the end of this. Stay tuned!
