The ex and I agreed three months ago that she would buy me out of the house and reduce my child support so I could buy a home for myself and for when my child visits every other week.

Well, she said today she isn’t going to do it. She’s afraid of losing her job and some other bulls~~~.

I believe she’s trying to provoke me into a rage I won’t be a to control.

I let her know that she’s the one, true disappointment in my life.

Turned around and walked out the door.

    AWALT! Don’t Ever Marry!!

    Thanks for listening.

Don’t let a woman know a damn thing! You can’t train a wild animal and you can’t speak reason and logic to them, smoke them and walk away from any s~~~ vortex they create.

Freeze that s~~~ solid like spoiled meat and the stench will go away! That bitch only needs to see your tail lights every time the slightest whirlwind from the s~~~ vortex arises!

So, knowing you can’t show a woman a god damned thing, why not show yourself how to change frustration and anger to indifference?

    I hear you. I live in the US and when I was going through my divorce my ex said we would just split, nothing drawn out. After she found out how bleak her financial situation was going to be;
Took the entire 2 year minimum for the no-fault divorce in order to get the maximum in spousal support.
Demanded that I continue to carry her on my insurance.
Did not want me to claim the Spousal support to the IRS that I was paying her so she wouldn’t have to report it.
Tried to get me to sign a quit claim deed on the house which was paid off. She wanted to buy a house but couldn’t secure the loan with my name on the house.
Told me that she wasn’t going to go after my pension and 18 months later said she would if my half of the house was worth less than her portion of MY pension. Then justified it by saying that is what the law says. Sad thing is I got off light compared to what other men here have gone through.
Women NEVER turn down the cash and prizes no matter how wrong they know it is.
    Stay strong and good luck.

I appreciate your words of support.

I’m going to have a nice weekend with my child and forget about what happened today.

Why would she do something for you?

    1. Buy you out of the house.
    2. Reduce child support payments that she receives.

    Let’s do the math.
    1. Her spend more money. You save money.
Result: bad for her, good for you.
    2. Her receive less money, you save money.
Result: bad for her, good for you.

Why would anyone agree to deal numbers 1 and/or 2 above?
Answer: because it is a difficult “no” discussion that is better to put off into the future.

You say that you asked her, and she agreed. In my experience it goes more along the lines of you pleaded with her and she put off the bad news.

The reality is that you are both probably swimming in deep water surrounded by sharks.

You looking to her for help is a horrible tragedy that will not end well for you.

YOU must endeavor to persevere on your own.

She is not your friend. She is worried about herself. She depends on you for additional resources so it is a fine line between p~~~ing you off and keeping you sociable enough for her to keep getting her resources.

The rage is only beginning brother. It’s a long painful road.

    Peace brothers

I hope your attorney got it in writing ?

Or a recording. Maybe wear a wire and try to get her to repeat it.

Men… men… men… You need to hit them hard and fast so they do not expect it. You also hire the best lawyer in the county. I know the health insurance game. My ex-wife made me keep her on until the divorce was signed off by a POS Judge a year and eight months later. However, there was a cavet that she didn’t like. While I couldn’t cancel my insurance, the insurance company can cancel mine. So, low and behold, they issued a non-renewal letter. I was never happier in my life. Her premium was like 900 a month which was going up to 1100 a month.

This system…. It’s such a racket. Men, you need to protect yourselves. Men who are thinking about marriage, heed these warnings.

    I know right?

Because in US family courts, judges totally make decisions based on what attorneys present to them ‘in writing’.

At that point, it’s all wrapped up and in order. Case closed. Got everything in writing, right here.

His attorney could have got anything from her in writing. Even with a notary, and her having counsel present to advise her along with her signing it with a vag-print where she squatted down on an ink pad then pressed her vag into the paper.

And it doesn’t mean shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit !!

‘In writing’ – The US Constitution is in writing. And it’s been manipulated and changed more times than I change my socks.

In writing with a woman means subject to: null & freakin’ voidus maximus in a family court.

    Totally.

Because that’s completely legal and valid evidence in a court of law.

    Just record her saying something.

And the judge will be like. ‘Sweet. Got everything right here. No need for anymore hearings. As a voice recognition expert as well as a judge, I hereby decree by order of the court that we are going to roll with what was said on the recording device.’

Whoooo. You guys are on a roll tonight!!
