You have to be made public if you win. She would of likely found out through the media anyway.

Can’t speak for all places, but here in New Zealand you’re given a choice of going public or reserving your anonymity should you win the lotto. I’ve always said that if I ever won, I would definitely be picking the latter. People always want a piece of you in that situation, women the worst offenders. You’d have ex-girlfriends – women who instigated the break-up themselves – conveniently paying you a call out of the blue, saying long time, no see. It would never be worth the hassle. Machiavelli is right, keeping his mouth shut at the starting gate would’ve certainly helped. We can only hope that with that much money, he’ll be able to afford sturdy lawyers.

If she was having an affair with someone else, and he wanted out of that relationship because he can’t trust her, she doesn’t deserve a penny.

She doesn’t deserve a penny anyway. There shouldn’t have to be a specific reason for why she doesn’t deserve any – apart from owning the title of his ex.

This is a real easy one. They have a kid together right? If she wants what’s best for the child she will give him full custody. That guy will never have to work again so he can give the child his undivided attention. They will be able to go on trips together. Everything the child ever reads about in a history book his father can take him to see in person. What a great childhood.

Oh wait, but then SHE won’t get to spend any of the child’s money. She won’t get to personally profit from holding the child hostage from the father for money. She won’t have access to an asset that she can use for extraction purposes…. Never mind.

So there’s no child support in New Jersey? Men, head for New Jersey and escape your wife and kids.

There is f~~~ing child support in New Jersey i don’t know if the enforce out of state child support but i know it exists here.

Also the f~~~ing case is gonna be on him till the state either finds it is not sufficient and drops it or throws him in prison. She probably will get something but not half of it as some form of settlement unless she gets thrown in her prison herself for making a false accusation (meaning why would she cry domestic violence after his aquiring of a large sum of money?).

Just an east coast asshole who likes to curse, If you get offended by words like fuck, cunt, shit, piss, bitch or any racial slurs then you just scroll down.

Sound like it was a 152 million dollar lottery, making it more tax than winnings. It should be advertised as what it it. Personally I am keeping my 5 dollars or whatever it cost to play. Unless I spend it on something I want. I know. I will never win the lottery. I think it would be a public service to state that 186 mil goes to taxes and 152 mil goes to the winner.
