I look at this as a pretty cool accomplishment,I mean im not up for the challenge, but still I would not look down on a person accomplishing HIS goal. They even shame him saying he will not get a women with that work ethic, maybe he did it for himself and he will have no problem getting laid with a paid off 300k house, more money for the princess.
Never lose sight of what brought you here.
Because society has been led to believe that you have to get married, have 2 children, and then work for the rest of your life until you can retire at 68 years old to be happy.
This is so ingrained on people, that if anyone dares to try and do something different they just find it scary and weird.
Personally, I think this guy has it sussed, work your ass off and live like a pauper for 3 years and 2 months and you can then live like a king for the rest of your life.
The majority of people are too obsessed with Facebook, the Kardashians and having the latest iPhone to actually understand that they are the ones who are p~~~ing their lives away working to spend the money on crap they don’t need as they are brainwashed into believing this is what makes you happy.
For women, everything eventually boils down to Alpha Fucks, Beta Bucks.
Jesus Christ……
“So he took three jobs when people are struggling to get one, so that he can pay his debt off faster, while others trying to find a job struggled,”
…… one woman wrote.
Who the hell thinks like that? A bitter, jealous bitch. Wage gap explained. Honey, you can bag groceries for another 8 hours after you finish your shift as a waitress too. you’re just LAZY. That’s what you are: LAZY.
“Upstanding citizen works his life away, lives in miserable squalor and forgoes human relationships for years. How is this an inspirational story?”
… one mangina wrote.
He paid off his mortgage in 3 years while you sit in traffic for 30 years to face the back of a cubicle and pay of yours – which makes your house cost nearly twice as much in the end. The first 5 years of that, almost every dime you paid went to the bank. – not even against the principal!!! In the mean time you also bought at least 3 cars too . The dude has his head on right. You’re not supposed to spend 30 years a slave to get out of a mountain of debt…. and ASSUME you’re still going to have a comfy job, salary that can pay it, or even your health.
F~~~ this gay Earth and people who think like that.
They don’t understand REAL sacrifice and nothing comes from nothing.Thank you for posting this.
NEVER. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER listen to people like this. Ever. They are poison.
Has anyone ever heard a woman say “Wow You’re SMART!! I admire your dedication!! Thank you for what you bring to the table. I really appreciate this time with you..”??
…. its just “you need to get a life”.
Yeah, go f~~~ yourself. Dry.If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.I work seven days a week in my basement office on my web venture
I hope this same news crew doesnt interview you in the batcave and talk about how anti-social you are and shame you back to doing cart wheels to make the wife laugh. I admire your drive with cranking your code, its just a shame that your hard work and dedication will be shamed because it has nothing to do with vagina. Now if you were to throw a vow renewal ceremony(second wedding same wife),you would be admired and congratulated for being such a benefit to society *cough* women..
Never lose sight of what brought you here.
Be grateful all of you who swallowed the red pills.
This guy is amazing, he is responsible, his only mistake was, married.
Doing 3 jobs to pay off mortgage, have little time to even refresh himself.———

“Upstanding citizen works his life away, lives in miserable squalor and forgoes human relationships for years. How is this an inspirational story?”And who make his life miserable? and some of this is really inspirational, it is the determination and responsibility of a man who got his life f~~~ed and still stay strong and keep moving forward without bitching like you!, a total mangina.

Good for him. Unfortunately those of us with kids can’t be away long enough to work 3 jobs. At least I would not want to.Which some woman replied : That would be self inflicted abuse.
The she replied : It’s impressive he managed to do it, but he has no spouse or children at this time in his life. He had all the extra time in the world. Those of us with families do not and would choose not to lose that time anyway.
Yeah, toughest job in the world, right?
The woman who replied : That would be self inflicted abuse. -> then the man is doing self inflicted abuse too? or that only happen when the subject is a woman?-A woman
“Young able bodied white single man pays off mortgage and debt by working really hard. Capitalism wins, you lose. Now you have no excuses.”Some people argued, and this is what she said : Systemic oppression, systemic privilege. Cis het white male privilege. Look this stuff up if you please. We don’t live in a “race invisible” world. We don’t live in a gender invisible world – at all. Historical patterns of privilege affect the opportunities we have in life, what kinds of work we do, how much someone (even an entity like a bank or other financial institution) is willing to help us. I wish race, gender and other social identity markers did not matter, but they very much do.
Feminazi, they never stop amazed me, by non other than logical fallacy and stupidity.

I really hope this guy never swallowed a blue pill again. And if any of you want a daily dosage of red pill, here is the site :
https://www.facebook.com/cbcnews/posts/10153768816994604That bitch will change her tune in 5 years when she sees how many zeroes are in his bank account when it wasn’t getting drained by mortgage payments. Next thing you know her, or someone like her will be trying to get her claws into it.
It’s just like not having kids or saying no to marriage and avoiding alimony. Now, aside from living expenses like power and water, every dollar this guy makes goes right into his pocket. Women will soon be coming out of the woodwork with this guy in their sights, you mark my words.
Just goes to show that women don’t give a s~~~ about what you do unless they can benefit from it. He works like a dog for 3 years to pay off a debt and live a better life? He’s a “loser”, he “works too much” and he “needs to get a life”. All because he was out there bagging groceries for an additional 40 hours a week just to make a better life for HIMSELF and not for HER. Would a woman be that dismissive if he worked for that long to buy her some silly diamond ring?
I hope this guy stumbles by this website one night, looking for things to do to fill the time in the hours he was accustomed to working during. I hope he stays, reads the articles, watches the videos, talks to the people on the forums, and then NEVER gives a woman or mangina a second of his time-or a nickel of his well deserved, hard earned money-ever again.
Some mangina commented this where this link was posted on facebook:
“Not to comment on whether or not people are jealous, but this man clearly doesn’t understand economics.
A mortgage comes with a set amount of interest. Over a three year span of massively ovepaying, he’s not going to reduce, in any real way, his total payout to his mortgage over time.
Meanwhile, he is utterly foregoing investment income on the money raised.
Power to him for working so hard, would have been smart of him to read a little bit about how mortgages work”
All I read was I AM A SLAVE.

Yeah here’s how a mortgage works….
In the very first month of your 25-30 year mortgage, make ONE extra month’s payment towards the principal. Just one.
…. and you just knocked a year of payments off the end.
A YEAR.
Tell him that’s how how a mortgage works. He doesn’t even need to take my word for it. I would say go back to facebook and tell him that – just to save him a year of payments….. but I would prefer to watch that stupid f~~~ sit in traffic for an extra year — as punishment for being a f~~~ing idiot.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.Funny enough Keymaster, I responded and he countered by saying that if this guy was “smart” he’d open a savings account, put the difference in there and sync that to the mortgage payments. So yeah, put more of your own money away and have less to spend at the end of the day, and still have to wait a while to pay the thing off…just now it does it on its own. And all in the name of getting a better credit score, because you get a better credit score from doing that than paying it off that quickly.
In short, you WILL kneel to your banker overlords and play by their rules.
And all in the name of getting a better credit score, because you get a better credit score from doing that than paying it off that quickly.
He just lied. If you “buy” a car (on credit with payments) you credit score takes a ding if you pay it off in less than 13 months. But if you pay it off after 14 months, there is no penalty. It varies for some lenders (could be 15 or 18 months)…
……but telling someone “FUGGETABOUT IT!! TAKE 5 YEARS TO PAY IT OFF!!! AND YOUR $65,000 BMW M5 WILL HAVE COST YOU $80,000…….. AND BONUS!!!! IT”S WORTH EVEN LESS WHEN YOU FINALLY OWN IT!!!”
Advising someone to pay $80,000 for a $65,000 car that you might sell for $30,000 is telling them to throw $50,000 into the street. That’s $10K a year. He would have to put $+800 a month extra away just to make up for that loss. That’s another car!!!
By HIS logic, buying house outright — with all cash — would “hurt your credit score” too. It wouldn’t even SHOW credit. But you’re going to get an +800 credit score after 10 years if you don’t miss any payments buying nothing but bubble gum and gas too. You don’t need to sign on the dotted line for $300K and take your sweet time paying it off if you want good credit.
Please remind him … he’s supposed to stop pushing the Q-TIP into his ear when he feels resistance.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.I rent, and due to my career choice I really don’t see the point nor do I want to own. Due to some indiscretion on my part, I signed a 8 year payment plan on my car, with just under 6 years to go. Luckily I have 5 1/2 on my current military contract, and even if I don’t sign another after that I only have to worry about a few more payments and it’s mine. Not the worst case it could have been.
I rent, and due to my career choice I really don’t see the point nor do I want to own.
Well that’s personal taste and beside the point.
There are of course excellent reasons to lease.. like if you own a business and it’s an expense.
Some people (like you – and my good friend – don’t want to own a car. They prefer to trade it in every 3 years and chalk a monthly payment up to “transportation costs”. But I was only using the car as an example illustrate a point.
Some people don’t want to own a house either, because they have no interest in mowing lawns.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.My own personal version of hell is owning a condo. All the s~~~ty parts about an apartment combined with all the s~~~ty parts of a house. AND you have to go to meetings.
My own personal version of hell is owning a condo. All the s~~~ty parts about an apartment combined with all the s~~~ty parts of a house. AND you have to go to meetings.
…… AND you’re still paying 1/2 a rent in condo fees after you’re finally done paying it off.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.Debt is a form of slavery. I have believed that since I was a young lad — having been brought up in a family with the same belief.
Welfare is another form of slavery: Those on the dole are in debt to the state, and they will obey or else get cut off. (Another story for another time.)
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Exactly. You really have to wonder about these people who would prefer this man, or perhaps even they themselves, slave away for decades instead of buckling down for just three and owning something. I guess some slaves get comfortable in their chains.
Real inspiring accomplishment.
But those comments! Goddamn socialists want everyone to be equally unhappy in a society of mediocrity.I think its really cool this guy accomplished this. Keeping a roof over ones head is everyones biggest expense and the most basic life necessity.
Personally speaking though, it makes much more sense to rent. Im single, no wife and no kids. I dont need or want a “house”. Im a minamilist living in a studio in a downtown city. I cant even fathom living in soccer mom suburbia ever again. I have over 200 bars and restaurants, a bay full of multi million dollar yachts soaking on a crisp blue ocean, all within a 5 minute walk of me.
Condos I can throw a rock at 500 feet away rent for 3x the amount Im paying, and Im on an upper level with a better view. I also have a combo package: rent, utilities, cable, wifi, water, trash, all combined into one single simple payment/bill a month.
Ive “owned” a condo before. What did I get? I paid 3x the rent amount, had to fix everything myself, pay property tax and HOA, then watch the price decrease 50% because of 2008.
No thanks.
If you look at the chart for interest payments on a 30 yr mortgage, you end up paying 50%+ in interest alone. It simply isnt worth it. Let alone knowing your married to that obligation; its F~~~ing nuts.
Thats cool the guy paid off his mortgage through hard work; I just wonder why he felt he needed a “house” to pay so much more money for as opposed to a smaller pad for himself.
Im of the mindset of a minamilist with zero upkeep and as few problems as possible. Simple life. To each his own though.
Resident cynic.
This man definitely has his s~~~ together. I know how he feels. I would love to help my fellow members. My method is way easier than his and it works even if you have a s~~~ty job:
1. DO NOT have a car payment of any kind. Drive a beater if you have to
1a. Learn how to work on said car. If you have any questions, ask the guy at the parts store. Look repairs up online. I learned the hard way cause I never had money to take it to the shop.2. Dont fall into dumb habits. Drinking too much, gambling, spending money on women, getting in trouble with the law (ie: fines and tickets), and most importantly getting women pregnant will screw YOU in the end. I would be in even better shape if I didnt have mandated, court ordered, socialist, politically correct women empowering child support to pay every month!!!! ugh
3. Dont just live below your means, live way, way, way below your means. Do you really need the newest iphone? No get the last model if you have to, c’mon its just a f@cking phone for crying out loud. Straight talk has a plan for $45 a month. Get it.
4. Keep your credit tight.
5. Avoid perpetual monthly payments. Dont get direct TV or cable, just buy an antenna. TV is 99 percent propaganda anyway.
5. Save enough money for at least 20 percent of your down payment on your home. This also gets rid of PMI and lowers your overall payment.
6. Dont buy a 250k house. (common sense here people). You can buy a decent house for under 50k. It may be a little far out, need lots of repairs or both. Focus on foreclosures, and ask your lender about unconventional loans like personal loans, etc. if the house wont go conventional. Learn how to work on your house quickly and do it. This lowers your overall payment, enabling you to pay it off quickly. This also avoids paying someone else to do your work. Also, when you purchase a cheaper home, your taxes and insurance are lower.
7. Make double payments on said house. Youll be good after 4 years without ripping your nuts open.
8. Enjoy your life, you will
Im speaking from experience. I already had my house paid off this way but had to move and Im almost there again. I hope you guys found this useful and are able to accomplish home ownership if that is your goal. Good luck

God I love America. Average s~~~ beater house in Australia is $750,000
