If this kid where to shoot someone dead or commit a crime of any kind he would be held to the standards of an adult. The wrath of the law assigns him the status of adult so honestly he should get the full package. If he doesn’t want to return to the United States it is his choice and its a choice he alone pays for. Any court with a collective IQ of anything above 90 should be able to see this, if they know whats best they would throw this case out and simply leave it be. Any sort of intervention on the part of the law will make this entire thing worse and only lead to damage.
