I became a MGTOW because this was the only logical solution for a man survive in a world replete of gynocentrism and biased against men!

Keep in mind the herbivore men movement has been around for decades in Japan. And the anti-male marriage/child custody laws in Japan are actually way worse than here in the U.S. And they were set up that way decades ago. And after sons watched their salary man fathers either work themselves to death, and/or get shafted by women and courts, they decided to check out from a society that is designed to screw them, with no chance of happiness working and marrying within the system.

8.1 on mal, and the first sentence just screams that i would enjoy it “Hachiman Hikigaya is an apathetic high school student with narcissistic and semi-nihilistic tendencies. ”

With the breast physics and strong, tough, slick, smart-ass men in anime, yea. Anime is definitely anti-marriage….for the most part, that is.

I think the issue with Japanese mangaka is that their ideal women are far beyond what real life women are capable of being, whether it’s physically or emotionally.

Those dating sims are big in Japan so if they find that a preferable alternative to actual dating it isn’t surprising that there are more bachelors over there.

I noticed though amongst most the anime I’ve watched, been watching…It’s always men doing everything for women and women who have favor. This is everywhere.

That was a good anime though, his character was interesting.

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity. --Einstein
