Equal pay for unequal work?

This old video has some interesting points, obviously in a physical job a man will outperform a woman in the vast majority of circumstances…..

Because in order to be able to think, you have to risk being offensive.

Some interesting points indeed. Particularly the last part about why men would work so hard if they just end up as equals to women. Seems a bit asinine on the surface, but a valid point. Why would any man work his ass off to acquire resources, only to be depleted of them from his equal wife who didn’t put in the same amount of effort? There’s nothing equal about that.

There is no job I have seen or field of study where a woman can meet the level of a man. That is because women never have to learn anything or prove themselves to get anywhere, whereas the men that get anywhere necessarily have to outperform other men, and nowadays also have to outperform another half of men that would have taken the positions that women are handed.

I do not believe in equality of ability or intellect. And when you strip it away, what is really left? In what possible way can women be “equal” to men?

It’s hard for even men on these sites to admit it, because they are so deeply conditioned. But women are inferior. This is why men have had the provider and protector roles. If men and women were truly equal, there would never, ever, have been any need for that. But men are superior, and thereby are tasked to take care of their inferior co-parts. It is the same way children and parents can not possibly equal. Parents are supposed to take care of the inferior children. You have major issues when the parents are inferior or think the children should be taking care of them or themselves.

A new version of “All in the family” would have Gloria a feminazi lesbian, Meat Head a feminist “still”, Edith Divorced and drunk, and Archie; EXACTLY THE SAME!

Oh yea, and the neighborhood destroyed with his house the only one still standing. And no factories too….  Just abandoned lots, and lots of potholes,,,, and trash blowing around, and stripped cars, and used tires dumped everywhere. You get the picture……..

So yeah, if a man were to be hired his pay could be the same, or more or less depending on experience, but the feminist would require the same level of pay as an experienced man simply because she expects her version of equality. Another fine line of hypocrisy.

Years ago, I worked in a food processing facility, the men were paid the same as the women, the women got the light duty jobs and the men got the very physically demanding jobs, same pay for unequal work.

I would love to have the money to start a state hygiene company.

I would only hire women. They would be told that they will drive around in company supplied vehicles and look out for and action with great authority, any property containing abandoned property.

Once they sign contracts they will be shown their garbage truck and handed a boiler suite 😆

Ya that whole thing is seriously an insult to every hard working man out there. They honestly can’t or won’t fathom that men have to seriously compete to get where they are and what they are paid. The only reason I’m getting paid as much as I am is because another company would pay me as much or more and they know that. Period, end of story.

Women come into a work environment where suddenly their vagina doesn’t give them the privilege they have been enjoying for years and they think they are being discriminated against, when in reality they are simply having to compete the same way most men have been forced to all their lives. Welcome to equality baby.

I have a profession that has lots of women in the workforce (don’t worry,  I am the boss of my area), and in my experience it’s not so much that women can’t do all the same things as men, it’s their ATTITUDE about doing them.

My subordinates seem to always want more reassurance,  gratification,  and demands than the male counterparts.   When you couple this with their constant (it seems) complaining, the workload that was originally easy to understand now becomes tough to accurately accomplish.

Just my 2 cents.  In my line of work, women can do 95% of the men’s tasks.   Like I said, it’s their demeanor about doing them that causes problems

Fair point.  I more meant the overall competition that includes establishing your place in the company hierarchy etc., as well as the actual tasks.  You have to compete for your place in the pecking order and prove your worth – doing your tasks in a timely manner without complaint is part of that, so I guess I’ll stand by my original point.

Good topic, I believe men are just wired differently for work, it isnt just that men are physically stronger, i think we are just wired to bust our asses for the greater benefit of the group. Its how young men can go to foriegn countries and walk onto battlefields where someone is trying to kill them, on top of that they come home and miss being in combat.

Its why working class men destroy their bodies for a paycheck.

I havent been in combat but i think I can understand the mentality. My job often demands working 24 hours straight of hard labor. I havent met a woman yet that can keep up with that. And I don’t see a lot of resumes flooding in from women. But seriously, I’d love a hot young chick as an assistant.

Men are stronger than Women. It’s obvious by the muscles a man has.

This discussion has evolved into something interesting, women’s attitude to work. From my experience it is true, women complain more about the same work that men do without any complaining. If you want to see how dysfunctional women are working together go visit your kids high school English department where most of the workers are women. It’s a crazy place. Then compare that to visiting a team of Engineers, who will be mostly men, and see how much more normal the environment is.

Why would you want a women assistant, I have come to the conclusion that women are so toxic, I mean the attitudes of all women these days, not just western women but all women, is so toxic I have no desire to be around them, I just don’t find them attractive because their attitudes are so toxic. The Reddit boss Ellen Pao is a good example of a females attitude to work and what their attitude is like towards other co-workers. Sad but true.

If you want proof of womens place in this world, then why do both wo(man) and fe(male) contain man and male?

In France, they had to arrest a guy for bank robbing or something, they sent two females to do it.

Needless to say, they guy wasn’t the kind of criminal you’d want to p~~~ off, he overpowered both, grabbed their gun and shot them dead.
The guy was also known to be some violent drug addict.
“Hey let’s send two chicks that won’t be able to do s~~~ in a streetfight!”

The brainz is real.

Moral of the story: no, males and females are not equal for certain tasks.

What tasks are they equal in?

Don’t look at what the media claims, look at what rich people do, rich people are smart and don’t have to follow affirmative action.

When rich people want someone to manage their money, what sex are the hedge fund managers? What sex are the top doctors and surgeons the rich use? What about the chefs at the restaurants the rich eat at?

You go on down the list, and when it affects them, both rich men AND women always seek the services of men. Because they know women are incompetent and are unwilling to risk themselves or put themselves in bad situations.
