O’Neill continues to show his disgust and prejudice towards Mr. Cosby. Judge O’Neill is purposely denying Mr. Cosby the right to file his Appeal, because he has refused to issue his 1925(a) Opinion, which outlines why he felt strongly in sentencing Mr. Cosby to 3 to 10 years and felt obligated to place this 81 years old blind United States Citizen (who served his country in the United States Navy), in a level (5) maximum security prison (SCI Phoenix). I wonder if it was just a coincidence, but it seemed as Cosby began attacking the black community, like in the below article, it didn’t seem long before these decades old allegations began to surface……It does make one wonder, or does it???

CHICAGO — Bill Cosby went off on another tirade against the black community Thursday, telling a room full of activists that too many black men are beating their wives while their children run around not knowing how to read or write.
Cosby made headlines in May when he upbraided some poor blacks for their grammar and accused them of squandering opportunities the civil rights movement gave them. He shot back Thursday, saying his detractors were trying in vain to hide the black community’s “dirty laundry.”
“Let me tell you something, your dirty laundry gets out of school at 2:30 every day, it’s cursing and calling each other n—— as they’re walking up and down the street,” Cosby said during an appearance at the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition & Citizenship Education Fund’s annual conference.
“They think they’re hip,” the entertainer said. “They can’t read; they can’t write. They’re laughing and giggling, and they’re going nowhere.”
He also had harsh words for black men who don’t have jobs and are angry about their lives.
‘Stop beating up your women’
“You’ve got to stop beating up your women because you can’t find a job, because you didn’t want to get an education and now you’re (earning) minimum wage,” Cosby said. “You should have thought more of yourself when you were in high school, when you had an opportunity.”
In his remarks in May at a commemoration of the anniversary of the Brown v. Board of Education desegregation decision, Cosby denounced some blacks’ grammar and said those who commit crimes and wind up behind bars “are not political prisoners.”

“I can’t even talk the way these people talk, ‘Why you ain’t,’ ‘Where you is’ … and I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk,” Cosby said then. “And then I heard the father talk … Everybody knows it’s important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can’t be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth.”
Cosby elaborated Thursday on his previous comments in a talk interrupted several times by applause. He castigated some blacks, saying that they cannot simply blame whites for problems such as teen pregnancy and high school dropout rates.
‘Turn the mirror around’
“For me there is a time … when we have to turn the mirror around,” he said. “Because for me it is almost analgesic to talk about what the white man is doing against us. And it keeps a person frozen in their seat, it keeps you frozen in your hole you’re sitting in.”
Cosby lamented that the racial slurs once used by those who lynched blacks are now a favorite expression of black children. And he blamed parents.
“When you put on a record and that record is yelling n—– and you’ve got your little 6-year-old, 7-year-old sitting in the back seat of the car, those children hear that,” he said.
Cosby appeared Thursday with the Rev. Jesse Jackson, founder and president of the education fund, who defended the entertainer’s statements.
“Bill is saying let’s fight the right fight, let’s level the playing field,” Jackson said. “Drunk people can’t do that. Illiterate people can’t do that.”
Failing to honor civil rights heroes
Cosby also said many young people are failing to honor the sacrifices made by those who struggled and died during the civil rights movement.
“Dogs, water hoses that tear the bark off trees, Emmett Till,” he said, naming the black youth who was tortured and murdered in Mississippi in 1955, allegedly for whistling at a white woman. “And you’re going to tell me you’re going to drop out of school? You’re going to tell me you’re going to steal from a store?”
Cosby also said he wasn’t concerned that some whites took his comments and turned them “against our people.”
“Let them talk,” he said.

I hope our men can learn from Cosby’s experience of letting tons of strange women into his bed. Eventually he got bit. They are like fleas and stay in your bed for years. I’m doing online dating and a simple phone conversation with a woman makes her think you owe her something.

Cosby to men: Stay away from women. They are lying skanks. Unless you paid for your freight women are a potential liability years after the sex act occurred. If it can happen to Cosby it can happen to you.

He relentlessly hit them hard for years, before they shut him down.

Just before the flood of accusations, Cosby gathered a lot of support from other prominent men.
He used Humor and mocked the foolishness which was a powerful weapon that cut deep.

Now I don’t know how the rest of had to deal with this. But when that came out, that was the first time I heard Uncle Tom, Cabin Niger, and the word Niger spoken. AMAZING that here I am, Living in Coos Bay Oregon, one of the LARGEST chapters of the Klu Klux Clan, and I had the best god damn childhood I kid could have if it was not for my Parents and Family.

See, when I mentioned Bill Cosby being my Favorite show to watch, HOLY CRAP it was like Black kids I met when I moved into the Big city were the most F~~~ing up BLACK kids I have EVER MET! Mexican’s TOO! God damn me and my buddy were walking home from school, and this MexiFry Mofo, who kept coming back to the states actually ran us down with a Minivan (TOyota Previa) My buddy jumped in the bushes, and my ass gunned it for a telephone pole. He ran up on the sidewalk, and actually tried to run us both over!

And of course we never said a thing. We knew what would happen. The f~~~er was a damn criminal!

But what keeps happening? Same thing today. And why were they so mad at Cosby? CUZ HE WAS TELLING PEOPLE TO F~~~ING MAKE SOMETHING OF THEMSELVES! And WOMEN and HATED THAT S~~~! I heard it all the time! I would go over to friends homes and Black PEOPLE HATED COSBY! Why? Cuz WHITE people like him. THat’s why.

He was a Navy Veteran. Damn. And look at how that never gets brought up.

In fact just about every thing that was going on at the time when I was growing up in Portland, was all about the GANSTA! Any Positive role model was SHUNNED by black kids I knew.

In fact the only black kid I think that made it out of there, his father got him the f~~~ out of that school after seeing what it was like for him.

You know the first time I was arrested, I met 2 of kids I went to Middle school with. Both of them were going back to jail again for another year. And just like COach mac said, these guys just hang around on their porches and don’t do s~~~ at their Moma’s house in the Projects.

The hatred for this man is real in the Black Community. He hated BET. And the more he tried to change things the more flack he got. He was saying what White folks wish they could say. And when he said it? It was like the Biggest scandal in the world. And that was when I was in Middle school and just starting High School.

In Boot camp and Training it was the same thing. When i got to Lackland Airforce base, who were the 4 clown that got caught STEALING at teh AFFES (Store on the Air force Base.) The 4 “HOOD” brothers. We had this black girl that was a TOTAL VALLEY GIRL, and she stayed the f~~~ away from them like the plague. Same thing with the other black girls we had. And I have to admit, It was a GREAT TIME. Wish I was single at the time, but I had a kid on the way.

Point is, everywhere I went, it was all about Black people not being Americans, but being BLACK. It was NEVER about them working with us. And we knew it. It was the same thing while I was in the sub force. If you acted like everyone else, you got s~~~ on if you were black and did not “aCT” Black.

And when one of them got in trouble, it was every man for himself for those f~~~s. And they were happy to throw each other under the bus. There was a GOOD reason why some of them never had any other Black friends on board. They wanted nothing to do with their hood ass.

And they ALWAYS got a PASS. And then then there was the F~~~ing White Boot Licker. I got NO respect for men like that.

Yea Yea, I know. Every man for himself. You keep living that way, and you get your dues.

I have not seen some guys for over 15 years, and the one thing they all remember about me is that 1. I was a GOOFBALL. 2. When the got in trouble, WE GOT IN TROUBLE. I never let a man or a fellow brother duke it out himself. When I saw a Problem? I worked to fix it.

And don’t know how many times I broke rank, did s~~~ way out of my paygrade, and got in trouble so many times, its amazing I got a Honorable DIscharge. But the one thing that I always did was I NEVER let Rules or orders get in the way of doing what was right. I paid for it. That’s for sure. But Today? No man is better than me. I can say that with pride. And you are welcome to do strive to do better.

For such a DUMB guy, how come I can see this bulls~~~, but other people seem to be oblivious to it?

The worst mistake they ever made, was p~~~ me off. That first restraining order was my wake up call. THe second one, will be the one I write my story in stone and leave my mark on this world.

Sometimes, doing the right thing, means doing the wrong things. And when you see this kind of s~~~ going on, and say and DO NOTHING? You are the same as they are. And I can’t live with that. But that is why they come for you. THey know good men still exist. And they want nothing more than to bring you down to their level.

God help the world if I make it into politics. I’m going to be a dead man one way or another. I’d rather go out as a man, then be some chump that hides so he can try to skate through life.

You are going to DIE anyways. I’m not ending up in a old folks home. I’m not going out in a wheelchair. I’m making a name for myself one way or another.

Cosby actually got off much easier than his Brothas who stood up to the Commies in South Africa. After their beat-downs, the Patriotic Brothers were fitted with a tire filled with gasoline and set ablaze in front of the Black Community.
