The nearest branch of the bank I frequent is a henhouse. I have never seen a male employee work there, there are odoriferous air fresheners plugged in to at least two outlets, and around certain holidays, there is crap on the panes of the front of the windows and doors reminiscent of a preschool classroom.

It does not please me to enter, so I walk up to the window where automobiles drive through and conduct business there. I walked up to the window and knocked, and neither of the two roosting hens acknowledged my presence. On their computer screens was a picture of a dress and a piece of furniture on eBay. After about 30 seconds, I pressed the buzzer and both were visibly startled.

On other occasions, the faux politeness and lackadaisical customer service were irritating, but did not warrant a ban on my custom. This incident, however, might see me switch banks.

Swiss Chalet is owned by Cara® Operations… which (in Canada) is bigger than Tim Hortons’.

But they are still a franchise operation, right?  If so then the best place to lodge a complaint is with the franchise owner because loss of your business is literally money directly out of their pockets, and they are the ones who decide to fire employees. But it’s a good idea to also send a letter to corporate so the franchise owner gets pressured from above as well for “failing to uphold the standards of the brand”.

EVERYONE in Canada (regardless of social status) likes Swiss Chalet,

I can think of a few who don’t.  Or are at least indifferent.  I’ve been in one once, and that was more than enough.  Suffice to say I wasn’t impressed.  Maybe it’s because I didn’t grow up eating the stuff, but to my foreign palate Swiss Chalet occupies the opposite end of the spectrum to truly kick ass Canadian chains like Tim’s and New York Fries.  White Spot is also delicious.

Wow.  Just wow, guys.  Reading these messages has just hurt my head.  I know I haven’t been in the States in awhile, but damn.  This is what you get when you promote mediocrity.  A slow wit and still a sense of entitlement.  Holy crap.  How does this happen?

We all make life choices.  Some of those choices make life easier when we get on, but some of them make life a lot harder as we get on.  How come it’s okay for women to make all the wr0ng choices and we as society have to pretend they were either right choices or ignore those choices as there was an overwhelming outside influence that women became victims of?

Damn, I wish I was a woman.  I could rule this world within ten years with my mindset.  Such wasted potential from such a large group of people.

I have been on both sides…meaning I have had to deal with asshole workers and bitch customers. I also try my best to remain calm and sick burn them with kindness. Do you know what p~~~es off people the most? Being nice and making them look stupid. A customer would walk up to me screaming “Where are all the shopping carts?!”. I would simply say: “I am sorry, they are all being used inside the store right now or in the parking lot”. EVERY single time the customer would be p~~~ed off at that response because I was using logic and it was pointless to complain to me and they knew it. They felt stupid for even asking such a pointless question. All I did was be nice, use logic/truth and they couldn’t handle it. I continued smiling and laughed in my head. The best part was the butthurt women who would wait right beside me for 20+ minutes straight waiting for a customer to return a shopping cart. They would make snide comments and I would continue smiling. I enjoyed every second of it, because I use logic. If I walk into a store and need a shopping cart and none is available, I would walk to the parking lot, grab my own cart and walk back inside. It would take 1 whole minute of my time…..but these women would literally stand there for 20+ minutes waiting and fuming expecting someone else to get them one. LMAO.

While I have yet to meet even ONCE a snobby, bitchy, ugly-ass c~~~ of a waitress/hostess/cashier who had to wait on me(Yes, I’m THAT lucky, to always be given the BEST service and attitudes from these service employees), I completely understand the whole cart-pushing thing at Retail stores. I used to be a “Courtesy Associate” at a Walmart several years ago where my job centered around getting shopping carts into the cart bays of the store for customers to pick up.

I have had MORE than enough incidents of bitchy customer c~~~s. Bitches screaming and throwing a fit and stomping their feet with rage because they came in to do their shopping during a RAINSTORM and they want to know why all the carts I’m bringing in are all wet. Seriously? It’s raining outside, that’s why! And that’s where all the carts end up!

One woman got mad at me because she DEMANDED that I should “make the rain stop” and I retorted in a wise-ass remark that I left my magic wand at home. Other women were so f~~~ing disgusting as to leave the wadded-up diapers filled with the diarrhea s~~~ of their brats IN THE GODDAMN CARTS for me to take out, and they were too lazy to toss the diapers in the garbage cans that were located only 5 FEET from their cars. At one point, I f~~~ing lost it, picked up one of the diapers(I was wearing work gloves),and winged that s~~~ at the departing minivan with the offenders that left this dirty diaper in their cart. It left a nice brown smudge on their back window, and the idiots inside never seemed to notice what I had done.

Then there were the people who would deliberately park their vehicles right where the cart-collecting bays were, or in the fire lanes, because they were too lazy to try to find a parking space.

I got revenge on those idiots by pushing up 50 carts around the fire lane and blocking their vehicles in, so they’d have to clear the carts away to get out of that spot. The ones who would park in the bays, I’d do the same thing. If the offending owner got mad at me for seeing all these carts around their vehicle, I’d smile and say, “Next time you better watch where you PARK because that area is for people to RETURN carts to, not to park their cars.”

The entitled, snotty attitudes of these customers only got worse on Saturdays, or holidays. ALL holidays in particular. One time, some PUA of a customer told me in passing, “You are so lucky to get a job like this. You get to look at all the hottie girls going in and out of the store!” I asked him why I would be considered lucky when those SAME hotties would be treating me like s~~~, throwing their garbage all around the parking lot, or trying to run me over with their cars.

The smile of that PUA customer vanished almost immediately as he realized the full truth of my words.

So in conclusion, I have never encountered any hostile bitches working in the service/Retail industry when I was a paying customer, but I’ve encountered THOUSANDS of bitchy, entitled c~~~s who acted like they were the rulers of the world just because they are customers and I was an employee. Thank God I quit that job in 2013. If one more entitled bitch got in my face and tried to act that she was better than me, I think I would have pushed her into a supply closet, locked the door, and set it on fire.

I used to do that here in Australia years ago for Safeway, as a “shop assistant”, or commonly known as trolley pusher.
@mgtow_85, you should have been flattered, I’d have told her, “I’m flattered and grateful that you have such belief in my powers and  acknowledge me as god”.

When the war cemeteries are half full of the corpses of dead conscripted women, only then will women have earned the right to speak of equality. Sidecar “A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what he wants to do.” - Bob Dylan

    Hi Stealthy.

No, this thread wasn’t started under the auspices of remotely caring what the feminine side of the species thinks of us.

This was purely about paying for a service, and having a useless t~~~ speaking in an unprofessional manner to you.  Something which has become more and more prevalent in the service industry in particular.

“Getting all creepy and PUA” on them would certainly help feed into their bulls~~~.  It’s far more fun to get a little of your money’s worth and make them cry or feel even more entitled.

You walk in the door, she and her friends give you the look and start shooting their mouths off. You sidle up to her and say, “you know honey when I look at you I want to order a whole roast pig. What farm did you say you were from?”
