It’s when someone fires a gun at their computer screen, the bullet is encoded into TCP/IP packets, and re-materializes coming out of the viewer’s screen at high velocity.

The best defense is a Kevlar firewall. Or a kevlar screen protector. If its sufficiently thick that text and images are unreadable, it WILL be effective at stopping the bullet.

This petition is invalid because everyone knows rich white heterosexual men, cannot be ‘victims’ of anything. Victim Culture 101 states cis-gendered males cannot be victims; they can only be Oppressors.
