I was always attracted to her. 40 Year old Virgin, Zach and Miri make a porno, she seemed like she was cool and could hang out and not cause drama. Like most of the actors in the Judd Apatow movies, they seem to play themselves on screen.

Spielberg made movies because of what he knows about and what makes money. Two good reasons to shy away from a female lead. Even if he did, Banks would then claim Speilberg was appropriating.

The obvious answer though is, if you don’t think there are not enough good movies with female leads, go make one yourself.

Exactly. That’s the problem with women: they want men to do stuff for them. Female movie stars make enough money to produce their own movies, yet they want to blame men for the lack of women in leading roles and their lack of money. The money comes from your AUDIENCE, ladies. Sell a lot of movie tickets with your female lead characters and the so-called pay gap will close.

Women will not admit this, but it’s true: more people (men and women) will spend money to see Indiana Jones than “Wendyanna Jones.” Male characters make movies interesting. Movies with an all female cast rarely make a lot of money unless it’s a porno.
