    Step N1.
    Make sure you have at least 256Kb of RAM and top of the line 100Mhz CPU or something. Mr.Hackerman goes in to deeper details on this:

    Step N2.
    Make sure to program your own GUI-Interface interface in visual basic. Preferably using 1337 language. Having a mouse and keyboard also helps.

    Step N3.
    Make sure you have New-Retro-Wave or atleast some electronic music playing. The cool points you get while hacking with this genre of music, enhances your hacking power by atleast 23.5% . This potentially gives your CPU another 23Mhz to work with.
