I like looking at this livestream:

When I see this wonderful view of our beautiful blue planet, I think about Henry David Thoreau’s accusation of mankind’s quiet desperation. Many of us live in large cities, and we are desperate to gain money and social status.

It must be nice to be inside of a space station—a place where one can forget about the daily grind for a while. A place where one can look beyond all the nonsense. It’s good to take a break and appreciate the natural beauty of our environment.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

Sometimes when stressed i picture myself floating above the earth looking down and realising all the pain and fighting going on and how meaningless it is . Time and life pass in the blink of an eye . Think back to when you were 10 and it only seems like yesterday

I watch nature documentaries on youtube mow, to decompress. It has worked out pretty good so far.

Life here objectively is unconcerned with mankinds problems and innovations. 99.9999% of our problems are self inflicted.

Also watching animals interact with each other makes my hunting part of the brain expand. I can imagine now how men for.thousands of years could live whole lives passing down how to exploit animal weaknesses to thrive here and not have concern for cupcake.

I wouldn’t put too much faith in anything from NASA being anything but a computer composite or CGI, a real giveaway is the way they show the Earth looking like the Mercator map.
