Dr. Maxwell Maltz

Is anyone out there a fan of the book, Psycho-Cybernetics? A couple of years ago, I bought an audio CD of this book and I was amazed at how much wisdom Dr. Maxwell Maltz had. During his life as a cosmetic surgeon, he met many people with insecurities and figured out a way to help them. Reading this book would’ve helped me during my youth—which was a time when I was very emotionally unstable and had a low self-esteem.
