Where I work, I work with a lot of females, particularly older females (even my “boss” is female, its chaos. No structure, shes shown up to work 6x since 2015) I’m in my mid 20s, but I have noticed the older females tend to touch a lot. Rub the guys shoulders, gently touching their male coworkers chest. I found it ironic that they feel so confident to do these gestures without fear of repercussion. If a man was to do this to them, it would be immediate sexual harassment (well depending on how attractive he is to them…I have also seen this happen, another story). Not complaining (like they would do) but, whats good for the goose is good for the gander. If men are crucified for these actions and even less, then women should be held to the same standard. Have any of you guys experienced this or have this happen to you personally?

Yeah I have had this happen a few times, I normally try to ignore it and remove myself from the situation if possible and tend to avoid them at all costs. you are certainly right though if the tables were turned the guy would be in serious s~~~. One of the guys at my work damn near got in trouble with HR because he told a female co-worker she looked nice. I saw a link in the forums earlier but I am not sure where but the MGTOW video talked about this some, I will try to find it and post the link again.

I would advise against brining “human resources” in to this because, if anything because, as the name implies, one is seen as a “resource” of the “human” variety, as opposed to a human being.

Their job is to shield the business from liability either from the regime’s apparachiki in the  myriad alphabet soup bureaus, or from female employees via sexual harassment lawsuits.  They know that men get short shrift when it comes to sexual harassment matters, so it follows that men get short shrift whenever allegations arise.

It does not help either that HR offices are henhouses, and females have an innate in-group preference when it comes to those evil oppressive creepy rapey men.

There is a training center in Vegas, for the Carpenter’s union I am in.   If you are lucky you will go their during your 3rd or 4th year of your apprenticeship.  The training is good.  And there is massive partying.

A lesbian, I worked with, went in the first 3 months of her first year.

I can out work her in both skill and strength, even with a bulging disc from a sports injury.  Yet I was laid off before her, during the last job I was on.

Even in the “manly” professions are succumbing to women.   I plan on literally ghosting to the wilderness eventually.

literally rather risk freezing to death/being eaten by a bear and spend my days chopping down trees for fire heat in sub zero temperatures with no hope for recovery if injured than deal with feminism.  I am not joking.   And I would be thankful for the opportunity to escape the bulls~~~.
