There are numerous stories of men going through depression, when in reality, they’re suffering from grief.

When men discover the Blue Pill lie is the adult version of finding out Santa Clause doesn’t exist, they experience grief. Sure, the symptoms of depression are there…but they’re motivated by grief…not mental illness.

Grief, even if not by name, is something many MGTOW experience, especially those of us who were married and had families. It’s normal.

Discerning the difference between grief caused from life experience and depression caused by mental health issues are the first steps to addressing it. People recover from grief all the time, because it’s caused by external factors, not internal ones.

However, if you allow yourself to wallow in grief, the depression can become permanent until you address the grief.

Every woman is a slut, if you catch her on the right day.

DDJ you make a ver important point here. And acurate.(More Mgtow intelect) Greif is sadness. Loss is sadness. But if you tell your self..this is wrong. It shouldn’t be this way. I cant stand it…ridged thoughts produce depression.Expectations of how things SHOULD be ,cause depression.
