I need some advice. I have never invested or mined bitcoins before. I don’t know what I’m doing, but I have a few questions. Does it cost more to buy bitcoins or to mine them? I know that bitcoins cost $350 each. I know that bitcoin mining hardware can cost up to $1,200 and on top of that, it raises the electric bill when used. I don’t know how high the electric bill will cost if I were to mine bitcoins, but it will cost more. Is it worth it to mine bitcoins or should I just buy them?

I'm married to the game, but she broke her vows.

I heard that mining is a wild goose chase. You get the software but it’s basically outdated before you can get anything with it. People use bots and other programs to mine faster than you ever could. Maybe someone here has tried it and knows better. All I know are rumors.

I think bitcoins are here to stay because they have found a niche. They are not traceable so they are the currency of choice for illegal activities on the internet. Pedophiles, assassins, and internet scam artists all use bitcoin.

I bathe in the tears of single moms.

Don’t bother trying to mine bitcoins on anything other than specialized hardware. You’ll never get anywhere and you’ll spend more on electricity than you will ever get in actual bitcoins.

My vision’s going; for a second, thought it said,
“does anyone here invest in bitches?”

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."

Never do anything with your money that you don’t fully understand.

I do invest in Bitcoins, and I understand the technology fairly well, so feel free to ask me any questions.

Don’t bother mining. Just buy them on coinbase. In 150 days the supply of new bitcoins gets chopped in half, so I expect to see the price rise considerably this year.

I’ve been watching/learning for the past 2 years. I think each Bitcoin could easily be worth at least $5,000-10,000 within a few years. If it does I’ll be a MGTOW millionaire.

Hey! Just buy some. There are plenty of other cryptocurrencies worth investing into. I have to warn you though — you shouldn’t invest in crypto more than you can afford to lose. Don’t think of it as a short-term investment. Buy some and forget about it for the next 5 years. The most promising are Ethereum, Monero, Dash.

Every-time I said I was going to and didn’t… the value went up.

What are bitcoins; I never heard of those? Whatever they are, they seem like worth investing in by the sound of your posts.
