Im sure many of you have seen this:

A commercial for a TRUCK, depicting people (all females) doing “gutsy courageous acts): Climbing mountains, hunting, big wave surfing. All of these things are virtually exclusively done by men. “Breaking stereotypes” the narrorater, a female voice says.

Its frustrating watching this and commenting on it with people who arent “in the know”. They act as of there is no agenda in this flagrent feminist propoganda. Whats interesting is that I doubt this truck is primarily purchased by women. So why still appeal exclusively to them? I guess pushing a political narrative is more paramount than marketing their product to the actual buyer.

I think it’s both,. . . but it has been proven often enough, targeting a female market with a particular automotive product ends up in a f~~~ing disaster for the company. Saying that; I hope that some female CEO’s who were responsible for that s~~~ will get torn to shred’s once it becomes apparent the marketing strategy did not work and it will not work, guaranteed. No mention of horsepower. Torque. Weight maximums. Or how it’s better than other trucks.
They could sell cheeseburgers to women in exactly the same way!

Just sell her the ILLUSION.

This is advertising for men. It talks about materials. Hand craftsmanship. Tools. Material and Design. It shows them collaborating and creating something special. The product itself. And then they actually show *the product* being used – by men.

They can advertise in Vogue and Cosmo.

A whole bunch of ladies are gathered around my dodge truck/car just clamoring to suck my c~~~ in the backseat, and I don’t let any of them in the vehicle. Then I light up the tires, stinking them out with smoke, causing them to scatter in a blinded coughing cloud. Then I take off with the truck to a local strip club for a pint of draft with my buddies where we cheer to the stripper who is doing acrobatics on the pole for our amusement. One buddy would look a me and ask “How’s the new truck, man?” I would reply with a huge grin “It’s got some b~~~~.” The end message would be “It’s your life. Drive the f~~~ing wheels off!”

What do you think? I like it.
