4. Women over there who are not married, just are doing so because they want children. Not because they want to marry a man. Their objectives are self centered, me me me, I want kids. Doesn’t that just melt a guys heart and make him want to propose?

5. The female hyperfocus on marrying a man isnt for love, its for children for HER, because in japan single motherhood is not culturally accepted, only 2% of babies are born outside of marriage. 7. Only one woman in the entire documentary wanted to get married because she wanted someone to share pleasant moments with, and did not mention kids at all. Just one.

8. A married guy of 20 years who does not get sex, he hangs out with 2 sex dolls. Wife lives 62 miles away in the country and once in awhile comes for a visit. He lives with the 2 sex dolls in a small apartment and watches films and does stuff with them. Portrayed the issue fairly neutral and as a growing thriving industry.

9. There are only 70 male porn stars in Japan for 10,000 female pornstars and 20,000 movies a year. If you are looking for a job change….

10. There is a market for trying to connect singles up, still. The trend is still towards less marriage but mixed marriages seem to be becoming more accepted, mainly foreign men to japanese women. again, probably due to the women primarily wanting children moreso than wanting a man.
