“Elections” are a misnomer. They are selections by media, oligarchs, and Diebold Corporation.

It is also increasingly becoming a reality game show, acting as bread and circuses for the plebs to keep them distracted.  Go Team Red!  Go Team Blue! Go… blech!

Ancientwisdom – there is a direct correlation between campaign contribtions/expenditures and political success however. So if enough people sent campaign contributions to the political candidate, they would have a much higher percentage chance of being elected. Obama both terms was the leading financial spender in the previous two elections for example. It doesn’t guarantee anything but money places heads on television screens, which leads to more votes.

Richard – If enough people contributed to Ron Paul, he could very well be our next president. Statistics prove that campaign contributions and wealth invested in these elections s is directly correlated to political success. Ron Paul was anti-establishment and had my direct support for not being a clown of the state. I would have contributed (but unlike you), I realized that there was no hope in financially supporting an honest politician, because corporations had their financial backing with Obama/Romney/Mccain etc.  Who is the blue pill now? I do understand your premise however.  : )

In grammatical terms, “billionaire’ would be deemed lowercase, yet I do understand your assessment. Anyways, I don’t see Exxon, Goldman Sachs, Google, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, etc contributing towards Donald Trump, so he seems not to be a puppet towards the establishment. He seems to have lost sponsorships with NBC, univision,  and other affluent businesses being outspoken towards illegal immigration. I do not believe he is a pawn for the system.

The “capital B” is a figure of speach to put emphasis on something. But if you want to be pedantic about it:

Of course Trump isnt a political pawn. That’s the entire point. And he cant be outspent.

I have faith in Trump honestly, if he is lying it is a brilliant ploy by the elite. Regardless, his stance on illegal immigration and our lack of a manufacturing basis is entirely correct. A billionaire that may be on our side? Sounds like a modern day Thomas Jefferson or Benjamin Franklin on our side. The constant chastising of him via the media may allude to him being an honest candidate for president.

Trump does not give a flying f~~~ which I highly respect. The establishment is running scared of him which is a good thing IMHO. Even Bernie Sanders is a threat to Hitlery. The natives of all stripes are getting restless and sick of this corporatism run amuck.

Even though I am more paleo-conservative than Trump, I’d still vote for him. America needs a real leader who is not 0wned. At 10 Billion net worth he can tell all of them to f~~~ off.

Remember “hope and change”,,,, “Transparency”,,, I’d like to see him get in just to watch him kick some ass and make a mess of the establishment. I hope he vetoes everything and shuts down the government, It’s about time they learn like the rest of us, what life’s like without a job, where you support your self as the market dictates… Sounds like MONSTER TIME! YE-HAW!

Did you guys see his live press conference today? This is the first time in my life I have been EXCITED by a “politician”. Is he electable by the MASSES (idiots)? Not sure.

Some ass hat member of the press tried pushing him on his “immigrants are rapists”. Trump basically told the guy to Shut the f~~~ up lol! He said “this is what you people do. Take things out of context”. Dude tried to talk back and Trump just said “youre done” the crowd appluaded.

Only problem is, the democrats have created a constituency of zombies who feed off of their hand outs. That is why they encourage sancutaury cities and illegal immigration. Those, feminists, and any other minority group views Trump as just a “rich WHITE MAN”. F~~~ing BS.

Never bought into the “hope and change” the leftism scumbag Obama paraded to us. I really do not feel that Trump is a puppet dangling from the strings of corporations. It appears that he could bring a manufacturing basis back to the country, which is very well needed considering our sickening “real unemployment rate”.

Was working all day today, good for Trump though. I am glad he refutes the ostracism that he is currently enduring from both left and right wing platforms. Makes me more confident he isn’t a pawn to be manipulated into positions he does not conform to.

I knew it was a crock of s~~~ when our Messiah corporatist pig shill in chief first mentioned this. I am proud to have been in that initial 16% of Americans that strongly disapproved of the incompetent piece of s~~~ when he was first elected.

He’s just like a woman says one thing and does the opposite. It probably explains why they voted for him overwhelmingly.

I was calling OBAMA’S card while he was still a senator, Just the fact that he’s from ILL-INOIS (a notoriously corrupt state) was enough for me. Barrack Capone!

Honestly if Trump drops out. He will NEVER be taken seriously about anything ever again. His credibility as a person is on the line and credibility is very important for a business man. We’ll see but I’m banking on 51% he’s serious as hell. He won’t even get good ratings on The Apprentice, because everyone will see him as a total joke.

I think he knows this, plus, I love it when people call Trump an idiot from behind their keyboards… do you have 10 Billion dollars in assets? Did you recover your own empire after nearly losing it all?

No? Then kindly shut the f~~~ up about him being an idiot. When you make 11 billion in assets then you can call him an idiot and be taken seriously.

There is no way anyone who is in the Libertarian camp can get past the Republican primaries at all.  The moment they start to rise, Newscorp talking heads go on and say how evil they are, and undermine them.  Even Rand Paul isn’t likely to make the cut either.

When I said “blue pill” I meant it in the context of being mainstream in thought, even when such is not useful to a person.  And I see politics fitting into this.  There is little as myself as one person can do, so I am out.  Politicians can’t even pander to me at all, because I am all over, and I have too many principles to sacrifice them now for the sake of fitting into a political party somewhere.

Voting now is a social activity people do to feel good about things overall, so they vote. It was made trendy.  Because it is seen as something one MUST do, then the politicians end up trying to have you vote for the lesser of two evils, because you HAVE to vote, and there is no choice, and the level of discourse goes way down, because none of the above isn’t an option.  Monty Brewster isn’t on the ballot.  Heck, even if Monty were, American politics are so divided that it is really impossible for anyone to stand out enough to get enough vote.  About everything has been tried, and trying to say you want to burn the system down, for the sake of change, isn’t going to cut it.

Trump dropped the new season of the apprentice, because he told them he was running for president. I honestly admire the man entirely, I think he isn’t a chosen piece for the corrupt system that has been enacted for decades. The backlash I see him getting from CNBC, NBC, Fox and other corrupt political platforms, further engages my support for him. Unfortunately, Billary will be the next president and our standard of living will further be decreased.
